Amenities

This bright and modern one-roomvacation apartment is located on the first floor and offers 50 square meters of living space, accommodating up to 3 guests.
The large combined living and sleeping area features a flat-screen TV and stereo system, as well as a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a fold-out sofa bed (sleeping surface when unfolded: 140x200 cm). If needed, you could even set up a travel crib here.
In the open kitchen, you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, and, of course, a stove and oven. You can comfortably enjoy your meals in the separate dining area.
The spacious bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and a hair dryer.
You can enjoy lovely moments outdoors on the furnished southwest-facing terrace, which is accessible from the living room. A hedge surrounds the property, providing privacy.

Special Features

Thanks to its easy accessibility, this vacation rental is also very well suited for seniors. This three-story complex is particularly popular due to its perfect location near the beach. The elevator, which allows you to conveniently reach every floor from the underground parking garage, is another great feature. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Bicycles

You can rent bicycles in town, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15b. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other cycling-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are required to pay the visitor’s tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
