Amenities
The spacious 4-room duplex vacation apartment accommodates up to 6 guests plus a toddler and leaves nothing to be desired:
The light-filled living room is furnished with a cozy sofa area and a matching armchair. A modern flat-screen smart TV with Netflix provides top-notch multimedia entertainment.
The living area opens onto a small, furnished balcony where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air.
The adjacent, inviting dining area offers space for all guests. The modern, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, in-unit washing machine (free to use), dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and much more.
There are two separate bedrooms and an open sleeping loft. The two separate bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable double bed (160x200 and 180x200m) and a spacious closet for your clothing. The open-concept sleeping loft features two large single beds (100x200m) and a nice desk with a home office setup.
The vacation rental has a brightly tiled shower room as well as an additional guest bathroom. The large windows throughout the apartment create a welcoming atmosphere.
Special Features

Smoking in this apartment is permitted only on the balcony. If needed, you can rent a travel crib and a high chair from us for a fee. You are welcome to park your car for free in the reserved parking space No. 147.

Bicycles
There is a public bike rack at the building entrance.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for occupancy by four people, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s Tax – the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
