Very popular, cozy 3-room vacation apartment in the “Alte Stadtgärtnerei” with approx. 60 square meters on 2 levels (first floor and basement) facing west, featuring a furnished terrace (with a seasonal beach chair, patio furniture, cushions, and a beach umbrella) for up to 4 people.
The entryway features a hallway with a coat closet and a guest restroom. Adjacent to this is the living room with direct access to the sheltered west-facing terrace. It features a seating area (2-seater couch and 2 armchairs), a separate dining area, a display cabinet, a radio, a flat-screen TV, a telephone (free calls to German landlines; cell phone numbers blocked), Wi-Fi, and an open kitchen. The kitchen, equipped with every convenience, has a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and oven—leaving nothing to be desired. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
There are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.
The first bedroom has a double bed (with two single mattresses, each 90x200 cm), plenty of closet space, and a flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom has two single beds (each with an 80x200 cm mattress), closets, and another flat-screen TV.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, towel warmer, hair dryer, and natural light. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
In addition to an ironing board and iron, the apartment provides a crib with an extra mattress, a high chair, and a stair gate free of charge.
There is a free outdoor parking space and a bike rack at the house.
The beach is approximately 500 meters away.
