Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 230: 3-room tower apartment close to the beach

The beachfront, light-filled duplex TURM APARTMENT 230 (approx. 80 m²), spread over two floors, is something truly SPECIAL! Located on the 3rd and 4th floors of Building A (no elevator), this apartment features two balconies (on the 3rd floor) and an additional large rooftop terrace (on the 4th floor). It has three rooms, is fully furnished, and offers a high level of comfort and coziness. The living area has carpeted floors, while the entryway and kitchen feature high-quality vinyl flooring with an elegant tile look; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation rental can accommodate a total of 5 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious and light-filled living/dining room features a separate seating area with 2 comfortable leather couches, 2 stools, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 6 chairs; a sideboard; a glass display cabinet; and a dresser. From the living room, the large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wonderful view of the lively activity on Strandstraße below. In addition, the living room offers direct access to a sunny, partially covered balcony (facing southwest) measuring approximately 3 m², complete with balcony furniture and a side view of the lake. Here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with 2 modern flat-screen TVs. The apartment also features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The large open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and inviting 1st bedroom (on the 3rd floor) is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a dresser, and a chair. The closet is located in the entryway. From the bedroom, you also have direct access to another balcony (facing southwest) with balcony furniture and a side view of the lake.

The interior staircase leads you to the TOWER ROOM (on the 4th floor) of the apartment. From here, you can enjoy an impressive panoramic view stretching far beyond the rooftops of Kühlungsborn, with a side view of the lake. This additional second bedroom features a comfortable pull-out (sleeper) couch (160 cm x 200 cm) for two people, nightstands, a dresser, and another flat-screen TV. From the tower room, you have access to the apartment’s approximately 14 m² rooftop terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Baltic Sea resort! Here, lounge chairs are available for endless sunbathing.

To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms in the apartment are equipped with blackout curtains.

The pull-out sofa bed (180 cm x 200 cm) in the living room offers an additional comfortable sleeping option for a fifth person.

The bright bathroom (on the 3rd floor) with natural light (window) features a bathtub with a shower partition, a large sink with a wall-mounted mirror, various shelves, a toilet, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat closet (with a cabinet and mirror) in the apartment’s spacious entryway.

In addition, your apartment includes a storage room for suitcases and luggage.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam room), various relaxation areas, and much more. Depending on our parking capacity and the permitted vehicle dimensions, you can park your car for a fee in reserved parking spaces either in the “Villa Hanse” parking garage located in the courtyard or in the “Seebrücke” parking garage located in the immediate vicinity of the residential complex (approx. 200 m). You can park your bicycles in the courtyard of our residential complex using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balconies or the rooftop terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people. If more than 4 people are staying, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for the 5th person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
