Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 235: modern 3-room apartment close to the beach

The beachfront, modern, and bright 3-room apartment 235 (approx. 35 m²) on the first floor of Building C offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The entire living area is carpeted, while the kitchen area and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The bright and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, an armchair, and a coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with 3 chairs and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 11 m² terrace (facing south toward the courtyard) with patio furniture and a beach chair. Here, you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV with a soundbar and radio. In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Upon request, we’d also be happy to provide you with a portable oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a dresser (with a writing desk), 2 coat racks, a stool, and a wall shelf.

The separate, additional second bedroom features a comfortable single bed (80 cm x 200 cm) and a spacious closet.

To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms also feature blackout curtains and pleated sunshades.

The modern bathroom features a low-entry glass shower (senior-friendly!), a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, a hair dryer, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat closet in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. Depending on our parking capacity and the permitted vehicle dimensions, you can park your car for a fee in reserved parking spaces either in the “Villa Hanse” parking garage located in the courtyard or in the “Seebrücke” parking garage located in the immediate vicinity of the residential complex (approx. 200 m). You can park your bicycles in the courtyard of our residential complex using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by 2 people. For occupancy by 3 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for the third person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
