Modern, cozy vacation apartment for 2–3 people—bright and inviting! The first-floor apartment is accessible via a staircase and features skylights with exterior blinds, including remote controls for all exterior roller shades. Heating with a cooling function ensures comfortable nights in the summer.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). A convenient extra: an additional light switch and reading lamps by the bed! Bedding is provided.

The bathroom features a large, modern shower with a built-in bench and a shelf for storing toiletries. A hair dryer, curling iron, and towels are also provided.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find a fully automatic coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, stove, oven, induction cooktop, as well as a small dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Ideal for cooking and baking! A dining area with a dining table and 4 chairs invites you to enjoy meals together.

In the living room, you’ll find a cozy couch that pulls out electrically to serve as a sleeping area for one person. The 55-inch smart TV with satellite connection, Netflix, and Amazon provides entertainment. You’ll also have access to Wi-Fi, board games, and a selection of books.

A small, cozy balcony invites you to enjoy the evening sun and watch the sunset.

The skylights in the bedroom and living room offer an unobstructed view of the fields and meadows, which in spring and summer are populated by cows and often by a family of deer grazing among the trees. Storks are also frequently seen on their way to one of the many nests in Ginderich. But in any case, there are always rabbits and birds nearby—pure nature!

Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored and charged free of charge in our garage by arrangement.
A free parking space for your car is located right in front of the house on our driveway.

The village setting offers everything you need for daily life: In just a 2-minute walk, you’ll reach the Edeka supermarket and the bakery, which also serves breakfast. Nearby, you’ll also find vending machines with fresh vegetables and eggs, as well as a great farm shop featuring sausage and barbecue specialties made from the famous water buffalo of the Lower Rhine.

Experience Xanten, a wonderful health resort with plenty to do. Let yourself be enchanted by the impressive cathedral, the historic old town, the archaeological park, and the Roman atmosphere. The Xantener Südsee offers a natural swimming area, stand-up paddleboarding, mini-golf, and pedal boats, as well as a water-skiing facility. The pilgrimage site of Kevelaer is just 25 minutes away, and Weeze—with its airport and the Parookaville Festival—is only 35 minutes away. Wesel is 10 minutes away, featuring the Rheinbad, the Lower Rhine Museum, and the Auesee. The Centro Oberhausen, home to the Gasometer, is about a 40-minute drive away.
