Our appartements is the perfect place for families & groups of up to 5 people.
The unique charm of our aprtament is accentuated by its prime location in the heart of the Baden-Baden region. Here you can immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, visit historical sites, and enjoy the atmosphere of the local culture.

15 Minutes to Rastatt or Baden-Baden
30 minutes to Karlsruhe

The property offers several separate apartment that include 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and bath, toilettes.

Our villa is a perfect place for photo & video shootings, and other creative projects. Shootings in our villa are allowed per request (!!!)
We reserve the right to set exceptional conditions regarding prices, minimum duration and occupancy for the top dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, biggest fairs etc. These can differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated on request. We hope for your understanding.
The property is monitored by video from the outside (only the house entrances). Your privacy will, of course, not be violated by this. Please inform your group accordingly.
The number of guests stated at the time of booking - is the information confirmed by you and used by us for the calculation. If the number of guests arriving exceeds the original number, we ask that you pay an additional fee for each guest for the entire stay.
The interior design, atmosphere, furniture, wall colours and household appliances shown in the photos may not always correspond to what you can see at check-in. The images are for illustrative purposes only.
