Anyone who is still unsteady on their feet should be accompanied carefully when exploring the garden and the paths around the house. Adults should also be careful in wet conditions, as the steps can be slippery.Room layoutOn the first floor is the open-plan living and dining area with a large sofa and adjoining terrace. The living room leads to the kitchen and a small bedroom with a double bed. On the ground floor there is another, larger bedroom with two single beds as well as a bathroom and a balcony with a view of the countryside. This makes Casa Fior di Loto ideal for holidays with family or friends.Location and connectionsCasa Fior di Loto is located in Gordemo, on a south-facing slope covered in chestnut trees and vineyards at the entrance to the Verzasca Valley. There are shops in Tenero or Gordola, around ten minutes away by car, and Locarno and the lakeshore can be reached just as quickly. The more adventurous can hike across the "Ponte Tibetano" suspension bridge, swim at the "Ponte dei Salti" Roman bridge or try the famous bungee jump at the Verzasca dam.
