Villa in a Dream Location

This place is very special to us. It serves as a retreat for us to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and at the same time as a perfect starting point to discover the scenic and culinary highlights of Piedmont.

Since we would like to share this experience, we have decided to rent our refuge to travelers who appreciate and treat it as well as we do.

The villa has three master bedrooms, each with a double bed. There are three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with an Italian coffee machine, a fully automatic coffee machine, a fridge and freezer. In a separate adjoining room accessible from the outside there is a washing machine and a dryer.

For those who also want to work during their stay, an office workstation with WiFi is available, which can be ideally used as a mobile workstation.

A barbecue awaits you on the terrace, which you are welcome to use - wood is provided by us.

The house is equipped with all necessary household appliances, including a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.

The perfect trip for you and your family is waiting for you!

Amazing location!

A beautiful piece of property! Cannobio was an amazing town, and fantastic restaurants. This property was centrally located, although drivers should be forewarned about the entrance to the property, as it is a steep climb and a hair print turn at the top to get to the front door. Low clearance cars should not attempt to use this driveway. Gorgeous grounds, fantastic views, plenty of space and beautifully decorated. Although it is currently listed in the description of the property, there was no longer any guest access to the washing machine on site, which was disappointing as we specifically chose properties with cleaning capabilities due to the amount of clothing we were bringing. They had a sauna, although there was a charge for use of that, so we did not choose to use it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, although in the extreme heat wave that we were experiencing, it was incredibly hot inside of the property. When we arrived, we discovered a warm refrigerator and there were ants living inside of it. We disposed of them and the refrigerator eventually cooled. It is a gorgeous piece of property and we really loved the area!

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Dass die Zufahrt sehr steil ist steht ebenso in der Beschreibung wie dass die Sauna gegen Gebühr ist und es seit diesem Jahr keine Waschmaschine für die Gäste mehr gibt. Ich habe aber den Hinweis auf einen Waschsalon in Cannobio gegeben. Die Kühlschranktür war scheinbar nicht richtig verschlossen worden, so dass er nicht kühlen konnte.

Super schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Es hat einen tollen Blick auf den See und viele Möglichkeiten im Schatten oder in der Sonnen zu sitzen und den Ausblick zu genießen. Das Haus hat super viel Platz und 3 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Badezimmern haben keinen Stress aufkommen lassen. Es ist alles vorhanden was mach braucht. inklusiver Adaptern für die Steckdosen. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist steil aber gut machbar, so lange man keinen langen Radstand hat. Der ist aber in der Gegend so oder so recht unpraktisch. Wir kommen gerne noch mal her.

Außergewöhnliche Aussicht, Entspannung pur, toller Gastgeber

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit allem. Kalle war jederzeit schnell erreichbar. Check In hat problemlos geklappt. Alles war vorbereitet. Die Unterkunft war vorgeheizt, was ideal für unseren Silvester Aufenthalt war. Der Whirlpool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Modern und qualitativ hochwertig. Im Gesamten sehr zu empfehlen. Für die Saunanutzung benötigt man Kleingeld, das war etwas ärgerlich, da wir nicht genug dabei hatten. Das sollte vorher genauer kommuniziert werden, als Vorbereitung. Ein Saunaabend haben wir dennoch genießen können. Wir hatten ungestört eine Menge Spaß und konnten uns super erholen! Klare Empfehlung!

Familienurlaub

Wunderschönes Haus und mit Kindern sehr praktisch. Ein toller Garten und für die Erwachsenen ist der Whirlpool am Ende des Tages herrlich mit traumhafter Aussicht. Die Lage zu Canobbio ist perfekt. Für 6 Leute war jetzt im Hochsommer wegen der Hitze für uns nicht nutzbar. Einzig etliche Überwachungskameras, die eingeschaltet sind sollten vielleicht einmal vorher kommuniziert werden, da sie auch auf Haus und Whirlpoolbereich gerichtet sind, das würde einem ein besseres Gefühl geben. 8st es perfekt, das 7. Vielen Dank für die tolle Bewertung. Zu ihrer Info: an der Haustüre ist ein Schild dass das Haus alarmgesichert ist, die Kameras erfassen ausschließlich den aussenbereich, schon allein wegen der schon häufiger aufgetretenen Schäden durch Dachse.
