Location

Welcome to the Residenz Niendorf. Here you’ll stay in a modern vacation complex on Travemünder Landstr., not far from the indoor swimming pool and just a few steps from the fine-sand beach in Niendorf. We offer several modern 2- and 3-room vacation apartments with balconies, some of which feature a side view of the sea.

Shops, cafés, and restaurants are right nearby. The sandy beach is only about 50 meters away and is perfect for sunbathing or taking a refreshing dip in the Baltic Sea. You can also go swimming at the seawater indoor pool located directly across the street. The beautiful surroundings—with the beach, harbor, and cliffs—are perfect for long hikes, bike rides, and walks.

The modern 2-room apartment No. 20 is located on the 1st floor of the building.

The Niendorf vacation rental is equipped for up to 3 people and features a living room/bedroom with a modern sleeper sofa (160x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system.
A cozy dining area connects the living room to the open-concept kitchen, which features a ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. The living room also opens onto the furnished balcony.

The apartment offers a side view of the sea.
The separate bedroom in the Niendorf vacation rental is furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm). Blackout curtains and light-colored pleated blinds are provided for privacy.

The shower room and entryway round out this modern and tasteful vacation home on the Baltic Sea. An ironing board and iron are provided in this vacation rental.

Free Wi-Fi is available in this vacation apartment. There is an elevator in the building. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers (50-cent coins) are available in the basement for a fee.
There is an underground parking space for your car (entry height approx. 1.90 m). A lockable bike storage room is available (we cannot guarantee space).

This is a non-smoking vacation rental. Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
