The Käthchen vacation home combines spacious living comfort with authentic wellness amenities and plenty of peace and quiet. It’s located on a quiet side street, surrounded by nature, with an unobstructed view of the countryside—ideal for anyone who wants to relax while still enjoying the proximity to the North Sea.

With approximately 160 m² of living space spread over two floors, the house can accommodate up to 8 people. The first floor features the living area, the kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom; the upper floor has three additional bedrooms and a second bathroom.

There are a total of four bedrooms:
three with double beds and one with two single beds. This makes Käthchen ideal for families, couples traveling with friends, or multigenerational vacations. Two bathrooms ensure comfort—one with a shower, the other with a bathtub.

The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, as well as a dining table and dish towels. This makes it easy to enjoy a self-catering vacation.

In the living area, a sofa, armchairs, satellite/cable TV, and a radio invite you to enjoy cozy evenings. Free Wi-Fi is available. For families, a crib and high chair are available. A washing machine also ensures independence during longer stays.

The centerpiece for relaxation is the wellness area in the garden:
Here you’ll find a sauna and an outdoor hot tub, which can be used from spring through fall (in winter, depending on the weather). After a day in the fresh air, this is a wonderful place to unwind.

The garden features a patio, a lawn for sunbathing, garden chairs, lounge chairs, a grill, and even an outdoor shower—ideal for relaxing outdoors. Thanks to the quiet location and unobstructed views of the green landscape, you’ll experience a truly special vacation atmosphere.

You have the option to customize your stay with a selection of convenient additional services. These include, among other things, laundry packages, a bread roll service, and other practical offerings that will make your vacation even more enjoyable. These services are optional and not automatically included in your booking, but can be easily added after you book via our guest app or by email—subject to availability, of course.

Käthchen is particularly appealing to dog owners: dogs are allowed—even multiple dogs—but cats are expressly prohibited. The coastal town of Neßmersiel, with its dog beach and agility course, is easily accessible; ferries to Baltrum also depart from there.

Amenities also include on-site parking, a separate entrance, heating, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, free internet, a bread roll delivery service, and other optional add-ons. The house is designated as family-friendly and senior-friendly; sustainable features such as eco-friendly cleaning products, waste separation, LED lighting, and water-saving fixtures are also provided.
