Super-lindo 1-bdrm en Intracoastal vía acuática! Precio mínimo de 1 mes de estancia

Consejos de la década de 1950 aún eco en este totalmente actualizado 1-cama / 1 baño de eficiencia que se encuentra en la orilla del Intracoastal Waterway, 1/2-mile de la playa del Golfo en St Pete Beach. Nos especializamos en alquiler de temporada para snowbirds internacionales y los precios refleja una estancia mínima de 1 mes.

Gran cuidado fue tomado en este proyecto de remodelación para mantener el carácter y el estilo de diseño de mediados de siglo. Los electrodomésticos europeos compactos con gabinetes de línea limpia hacen este espacio muy vivible.

Muy cerca del distrito histórico de la avenida Corey con docenas de tiendas, restaurantes y bares a poca distancia a pie. Línea de autobús y parada de tranvía de playa es 1/2 cuadra de distancia. Playa está a unos 15 minutos a pie. El resbalón más viejo del barco cabe hasta un pie de 25 pies (adicional $ 95 / mo para el resbalón - ninguna electricidad a resbalar).

Isla de la Bahía fue construida a mediados de 1950 y abastece principalmente a snowbirds y jubilados. Es tranquilo y soleado. Snowbird escape

The property was beautiful, very clean and inviting, the owners were exceptional to work with and the neighbors were very friendly. It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Close to Corey Avenue, and very close to trolly and public transportation. This was a great stay and look forward to seeing them again.

Cute, warm, modern and clean A++++

My parents spent over two months in Peter and Cheryll's condo in St. Pete beach. They found the place very comfortable and clean. It's close to everything and Peter and Cheryll take great care of this property. Highly recommend this cute condo and my parents will definitely return. Thank you for your hospitality Peter and Cheryll. Loved it!!!

tastefully furnished, comfortable, well situated condo just right for one or two people

I've rented condos up and down the beaches from Pass a Grille to Indian Rocks Beach, and this is hands down my favorite rental. It's on the 2nd floor, located near the inland waterway with a lovely pool and dock for fishing, is adjacent to a community center with lots of fun exercise classes, half a block from a large grocery store, a block from a pharmacy and two blocks from Corey Avenue and its shops and restaurants. There is easy access to the Sun Coast Trolley to take you up and down the beach or to downtown St. Petersburg. The unit is thoughtfully furnished with coffees and toiletries to get you started. I am so glad I chose to stay and will return very soon.

Perfect and Charming!

This is a delightful space filled with thoughtful touches throughout. We’ve stayed at a lot of properties and this one is a standout! The condo size is compact yet very comfortable and feels much larger. Clean as a whistle and very well laid out. Contemporary in design with splashes of color, this private unit seamlessly blends guests needs with efficiency. Everything is here: Dishes, glasses, pots and pans, cutlery, iron, 2 flat screen tvs, swimming pool, A/C, ceiling fans, etc. Too much to mention it all! The hosts Cheryll and Peter were delightful to interact with and had great suggestions including an incredible Italian bakery that quite literally had the BEST pastries and bread. Tons of parking and the location is safe, quiet and close to shopping with quaint boutiques and unique businesses. The Gulf of Mexico is very close if one prefers sand and ocean. We will stay here again when we come back to St. Pete Beach!

Lucky find on St. Pete Beach

What a wonderful find! Peter and Cheryl did a wonderful job refurbishing this rental property. The complex is small and friendly. Peter and Cheryl are very gracious and made us feel very welcome with some food items so we did not feel like we needed to run out and food shop upon our arrival. The first class kitchen cooking equipment was very much appreciated as well as first class amenities. Even though restaurants are within walking distance from the condo we cooked all but a few nights. While we were here Zoominations (Chinese Lantern Festival) was at the Lowry Park Zoo. A MUST SEE!! if you are going to be here in April and May. Photography is a hobby of ours and besides Zoominations, sunsets at the beach a walk away, Lowry Zoo, and Fort DeSoto for FL birds and bike riding are all a short distance away. We use the exercise equipment at the Community Center and the heated pool to swim laps. Again, thank you Cheryl and Peter for giving us a wonderful break from the CT snow. I'm sorry that we will not be able to return next year as it is already rented for March.

Comfortable, Clean and Quiet

This property is much more than advertised. Definitely roomier than pictures indicate and perfect for solo or couple. Well maintained and stocked with quality accessories. Pete and Cheryl are wonderful hosts and supply you with everything you would need for a great vacation That's everything from back-up batteries for your devices to beach towels to a terrific heated pool overlooking Boca Ciega Bay. Also provided are 2 smart tv's with a Roku platform which gives you free Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu etc. In addition, St. Pete beach and town are outstanding. This vacation unit gets my highest recommendation.

Quality, Value & Customer service

We had a wonderful vacation, the condo exceeded our expectation. It was clean, well laid out, in a great location and had so many little extras. Peter and Cheryll went out of their way to help us when we wanted to recycle, it meant a lot to us. They never pestered us, but were always there when we needed them. We would definitely return and highly recommend the condo to others. Thanks again Peter and Cheryll

Perfect location

My wife and I had a great time in this condo. It was a very safe and in a convenient location. The condo was a good size for 2 adults and was well appointed. Our neighbors were all very nice. If you like to walk it is a perfect location to get to numerous restaurants, bars, and stores. We actually walked to the beach several times. I would also recommend bringing a fishing pole for fishing off the dock. The only reason we are not giving the condo 5 stars is the very small refrigerator, and the fact that it was very difficult to keep from making noise in the first floor condo below us, due to the lack of sound insulation in the older but mostly updated building.

Relax and Enjoy

The perfect place for us to have stayed in. It was decorated very nicely with comfy sofa, seats, and bed. Owners and neighbors were super nice, helpful, fun to chat with, and very respectful. The location is fantastic with easy access to many beaches and restaurants in the area.

comfy, cozy, well located and overall charming condo rental

Once again I am enjoying my stay at this St. Pete Beach condo so much. Peter and Cheryll are friendly and caring owners. The condo is equipped with everything a solo vacationer or couple needs for a happy stay. The pool is just across the street with a scenic view of the canal. The building is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, there are laundry machines on the premises, and I am so glad to have found this particular rental. Highly recommended.

Spotlessly clean! Great location!

The moment we walked in, we were relaxed: this is an adorable efficiency apartment that is very nicely furnished and very clean. We stayed for a month and had a great time. Condo is well laid-out for a couple and was very comfortable. Building is older-style Florida, and is also well taken care of with a nice mix of neighbors. We enjoy walking so took advantage of having several nearby places to eat and shop. Very thoughtful and gracious owners - will definitely return!

Our return visit!

The thorough remodelling of this property has paid off, we were the first rentals for Peter and Cheryl and when we returned nearly 18 months later we were delighted to find no signs of 'wear and tear' and everything in good working order. On arriving from the UK we much appreciated the fresh soaps and toiletries to freshen up, without having to unpack a suitcase and could relax comfortably straight away. The weather at the beginning of our stay allowed us to open the windows all round and have a cooling breeze blowing through which was great. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella were put to good use, as we could arrive at a beach and spend the day comfortably! We enjoyed cooking out on the Barbeque which is down by the dock, there is always something to watch on the water. Boca Ciega Drive is a lovely quiet location, we like the quirkiness of this 1950's building and all it has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return - our regret - not using the bikes!!

The property is kept in very good condition for an older building and upgrades are being added.

The property owners are friendly and our hosts were especially attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the stay and look forward to returning next winter. Our condo was very clean and fully supplied. The gift basket left for us was especially thoughtful. We know that more upgrades planned for the property are going to make the experience even better. As we are nearing our stay at Peter and Cherll's home, we can only make the following observations about our rental condo. Everything excelled our expectations of a rental property.Not only was the condo clean but the owners had made sure that our stay was like being in a 5 star hotel.Everything is first class from the furnishings to the tableware and linens.We have booked again for next year and want to thank our hosts for making us feel like home.

An incredible find in St. Pete Beach

We were truly pleased that we chose to make this our pick for a short-term furnished rental when we relocated from New York to St. Petersburg. The complex is on the small side, quiet and, as other guests have noted, the neighbors are friendly. The condo is immaculate, recently renovated, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. We cooked many dinners in during our stay. Its location on the bay allows for a quick walk to the water or pool with a cup of coffee or a drink in hand, but it's just a 10-minute walk to the Gulf. Restaurants and shops are also just minutes away on foot. Hop on the bikes and venture even further. Cheryll and Peter are thoughtful hosts who make a real effort to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. We have our own apartment now but are glad to have had the opportunity to stay. Definitely recommended.

Everything was perfect !

The condo was clean , well equipped , very comfortable, and within walking distance to groceries, the beach, and restaurants. The owners thought of every detail. We walked in the door and could immediately begin to enjoy our vacation. The complex is quiet and friendly . Hoping to return again!

Excellent, great location!

As soon as we opened the door, we felt immediately 'at home', very comfortable, well equipped, clean, light and airy. Everything was exactly as described. Peter and Cheryll have remodelled beautifully. The swimming pool across the road was well maintained. The neighbours on the complex were friendly. The location is within easy walking to restaurants and shops, also to explore further afield by car. We were sorry to leave and hope to return one day. Highly recommended!

We moved to Florida from San Francisco several years ago. We love travel, discovery, and adventure: Florida has fed our thirst for all. We live near downtown St Petersburg and enjoy sharing the area with friends and family.

I guess we are nostalgic at heart and appreciate the character that comes with a vintage patina - some things just seem to get better with age!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I have to confess, the boat slip. Cheryll likes to tell people 'Pete bought a slip with a condo attached to it.' True, but we both fell in love with this complex - the light that streams into the windows is amazing; the neighborhood is so very convenient; and our neighbors (including many seasonal guests from around the world) are really nice. It's a quaint place that really tugs at our nostalgic hearts.

We had a great time renovating the property, and tried to honor the period in which it was built. While working on the remodel, I often thought of my long-passed grandfather who, starting in the 1960's, traveled from his New Jersey home to Florida where he loved walking, being outside, and fishing (he would have loved the fishing pier this place has).

For us, vintage places just seem to build memories with more depth and emotion. We find ourselves smiling frequently when we're at this apartment and we hope this 'Old Florida efficiency' condo evokes a similar emotion with you.

Nearby shopping, restaurants, and bars. Grocery store is less than a block away - no need for a car every day. Corey Avenue, the down-town of St Pete Beach, is about 2-1/2 blocks away where you'll find shopping and a weekly street-market (farmers market and craft market).
