Condominio estudio directo frente a la playa, espacioso, con una cómoda cama Murphy y un nuevo sofá cama Queen con memoria de espuma y un nuevo sillón reclinable. Hay un balcón donde se puede disfrutar de hermosas puestas de sol y una piscina climatizada en el suelo. Este es un edificio de dos pisos con este condominio en el segundo piso. Estamos a solo unos pasos de Paradise Grill y a poca distancia de muchos fantásticos restaurantes y bares de playa. Hay voleibol de playa sólo unos pocos segundos a pie desde el apartamento. The property was clean but extremely dated and small. Entryways to property, stairwell, carpet was dirty and nasty and unacceptable for the price we paid.

the pictures of the unit is 100% accurate. We are a beach property and if there was sand on the exterior carpet leading up to the unit i wish you would have told the onsite property manager and they would have cleaned it up immediately

The host was not aware of the conditions of the property. Luckily enough once the host heard that we were dissatisfied and found a different property he was willing to issue a full refund.

there was some construction going on at the gulf winds complex NOT in our unit the guest complained about the noise and we immediately had the management company find them another property and we refunded their money 100% the customer service performed by management was spectacular a one star review is not just nor fair

Excellent location! Lovely pool!

We enjoyed our stay - the property was accurately described. Quick steps to Upham Beach and the beach grill for a drink and food. Pool was great! Cute balcony to have morning coffee and late evening fresh air.

Beach heaven

It is in the middle of repairs from storms but still offers everything you could ever want. This unit is perfect for parents with 2 kids or one couple. Pool and beach view were awesome.

To clarify the condo itself was not effected by the hurricane. The condo is in great shape and no repairs needed . The repairs must be from another unit . Thank you for staying with us and we truly appreciate your 5 star review thank you !

Great value St Pete beach stay

There was construction starting at 800am on the first morning of my stay, but the staff were very nice and the property was everything you need in a beach condo right, across from the beach. Couldn't be beat for the price.

We were very fortunate that our condo on the 2nd floor was not impacted by the hurricanes. The pool , beach and all other amenities are all up and running and the complex is back in action! thank you for your review and staying with us
