this charming apartment can accommodate 1 to 3 people. The bright living room, featuring a comfortable sofa bed, LCD TV, radio, and a dining area, invites you to relax and unwind. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air with
a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The
open kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could want: In addition to
a 4-burner electric stove, you’ll find a dishwasher and
a refrigerator—ideal for preparing delicious meals. The
bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) with
separate mattresses, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The modern shower room with
toilet rounds out the amenities. Parking space No. 73 provides
additional convenience. The building also offers a bicycle storage room and
a washing machine for your use. The daily rate is based on a maximum of 2
people. We charge 10 euros per day for each additional person. Pets
are not allowed, and the apartment is a smoke-free zone. Please note that we assume no liability for Wi-Fi outages and that mail forwarding is not possible, as there are no mailbox keys available. Enjoy your stay in this inviting apartment and
