When you book this vacation rental, access to the Deport fitness studio on Eutiner Straße is included. The gym is located about 1 kilometer from the vacation rental.

This centrally located, 2-room vacation apartment—measuring approximately 50 m²—offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation in the spa town of Malente and is perfect for up to two people.
The apartment is located on the upper floor of an apartment building on Rosenstraße and features a stylish living atmosphere. The living area is furnished with a large corner sofa and a cozy armchair and features a flat-screen TV. The bedroom also features a flat-screen TV in addition to a double bed and a spacious closet.
The kitchen is modernly equipped and features an induction stove as well as a dining area. In addition to a filter coffee maker, a fully automatic coffee machine is also available. The bright shower room has a sink, toilet, and shower. 
In the shared garden, a terrace with a beach chair and additional seating with a table invites you to relax. The house’s parking lot is directly adjacent to the garden.
