This gem in the Brekkense Wiel park is truly something special. Situated on a corner plot, this holiday home has its own 10-meter jetty. Feel free to bring your own boat or rent a sloop.
The garden features a veranda, lounge chairs by the water's edge, and a beautiful dining table and chairs on the terrace. Whether you prefer sun or shade, you can choose.
The entire living room has been recently renovated. Upon arrival, you can park at the house (max. 1 car).
Upon entering, you'll find a modern toilet and the stairs leading to the upper floor in the hallway. The bright and beautifully furnished living room is fully equipped.
A luxurious sofa, a beautiful dining table, TV, Wi-Fi, and a lovely open-plan kitchen. If you want to cook for yourself, you'll certainly enjoy it here.
Sliding doors open directly onto your private terrace with a veranda/canopy.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
On the ground floor, there's a storage room with a washing machine and dryer. There's also space to store your bicycles.
