Accommodation description:
The villa comprises a superb living room with fireplace, reversible air conditioning and open-plan fitted kitchen. This room opens onto the shaded terraces, the summer kitchen with its pizza oven, the garden and access to the private swimming pool with sun loungers.
The sleeping area comprises 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and WCs, and a beautiful master suite with en-suite bathroom and WC.
The garden is superb, with southern species such as olive and fig trees.
This superb property, set in 4,000 m² of enclosed, landscaped grounds, is located in a peaceful, high-quality setting close to the village of Flayosc.
You can also discover Provence, ideally situated between the Gorges du Verdon and Saint Tropez!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
