Dear Matt, thank you for your feedback. We also wish your stay would have gone better. It's apparent now after a thorough inspection of our home that multiple rules were broken during your stay. The issues you mention will be addressed in our home introduction for the benefit of future guests.

Thank you for giving us one star as this shows your irrational response and unfair comments. I appreciate feedback but you never told us about any issues until day before you left... and you requested a refund with each message. You didn't allow us to help with any issues, instead immediately asked for a refund. For future renters I will reply to your comments. 1. 3 days prior renters get a welcome email. It was sent to Greg's account but you communicated using 2 different accounts. 2. The description was clear on beds and how many in each bedroom. The small closet bed is camper size as described in listing. Fun fact for future renters... This closet bedroom is a play off of the room of requirement in Harry Potter, our girls LOVE Harry Potter. 3. The sheets are washed every visit as prior 5 star guests have stated. We buy a new mattress cover and sheets annually and if stained, we also have aback up sets in closet. This is in the welcome email. 4. We have to sweep each morning and power wash the house 2x a year. 5. We did not know about coffee mugs, we could have discussed options if knew ahead of time. We have 2 propane tanks on the side of the house. Again if you had contacted me ahead of time I could have helped with any confusion. Also we allowed you to park boat across street, allowed you to check in early, and answered all your questions ahead of time. I also told you the bathroom windows had just been replaced the day before you arrived and the walls needed touch up work. We had very clear and open communication until you checked in. Last thing I'll say, the 2 renters after you gave us 5 stars. Their stay began the day after you departed.
