Hello vacation!

Step inside and be instantly swept away to your peaceful vacation! The perfect place to make lasting memories! This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home situated on Lake Ontario is spacious enough for families but cozy enough to feel like a relaxing retreat.
Newly remodeled in 2022, everything about this home had been re-imagined and updated.

The beautiful wide open kitchen is a chefs dream! Even if you're not the best cook you'll probably find yourself spending a lot of time here. Equipped with all new appliances, large island with seating for 4 at the counter and seating for 8 around the dining table. Of course the main attraction in the kitchen is the huge 10 foot long window with incredible views of Lake Ontario. You might want to wash all your dishes by hand although you'll have the dishwasher as an option too.
The sweet tooth themed bedroom is a kids fantasy! Bunk bed with  pull out trundle bed makes staying here feel like magic. The hidden surprise in the closet will transport the kiddies to a whole new universe and keep their imaginations running wild!
Having an additional bedroom with a comfy queen bed and access to a full bathroom with shower on the first floor is a perfect option or solution for anyone who can't navigate stairs to a second floor.
Massive 2nd floor primary suite includes beautiful panoramic views of Lake Ontario, gas fireplace, large walk-in closet and spa like bathroom with large shower, double vanity, radiant heated floors and lots of natural light. You might not want to leave this bedroom!
Outside is the gem of this property. Step out one of the 2 sliding glass doors to the spacious 1,200sf deck where you can bbq on the grill, gather around the firepit, or use the huge park-like backyard Enjoy water sports when the lake is calm, fishing off the rocks, or even a quick bike ride or walk to Hamlin Beach State Park.
Whether you're traveling a distance or planning a nearby staycation, look no further. Come make yourself at home and switch to vaca mode

Frank and Stephanie have a beautiful home. Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, great views and well stocked with everything we needed. Having a bonfire by the lake one evening was enjoyable too. They responded promptly to questions I had. We had beautiful weather and gorgeous sunsets and sunrises every day.

Beautiful!

My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay! The location was beautiful and quiet. The home was very well maintained and comfortable for myself, two young kids, and the grand parents. The view was gorgeous, even on a rainy day! We have already recommended this rental to our friends and family, and hope to return to enjoy another weekend on the lake

Perfect Lakefront Property

My wife, French Bulldog, and I just finished a one week stay at this property and would give it more than five stars, if possible. The location is perfect for people who want to explore the area, but also want privacy and peace. The house has everything you need and is such a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The house is in great shape and extremely clean. You are a quick drive to Rochester, Niagara Falls, and the Finger Lakes region should you choose to leave the comforts of the property. We had a great experience all around and would highly recommend this house to anyone.

What a beautiful lakefront home! We were greeted with a treat at check-in, which was appreciated after our long drive. The home was just perfect for us and our adult kids. The huge deck was amazing and we spent a lot of time out there. We also loved that there’s a flat grassy area between the house and the lake where we could play bags and bocce ball. Overall, the home was beautiful and we appreciated you sharing it with us!

I stay at a lot of VRBO home and hotels. I'm kind of a snob when it comes to how clean a house should be, bedding, pillows and how the place should be stocked. Well, this has to be the BEST place I have stayed at thus far via VRBO. Stephanie was always so responsive. The home looks new on the inside, like it was recently a full renovation. The thing is, they didn't go cheap. From the furniture to the linens. The kitchen has to be the best stocked for sure. I was actually sad when I had plans around the town, we all rather would have just stayed and enjoyed the view and hang out on the deck. I need to have more time to enjoy the place, so we are already talking about planning another trip up North and hope this home will be available. Please don't change anything! I'm looking forward to another great experience. Side note: the bedroom upstairs is wonderful. if you need to have it dark to sleep after the sun comes up ( at least during the summer), you might want to consider a sleep mask over your eyes. There is SO much natural light, which is great, but when the sun comes up, it's very light in the room, due to the 4 sky lights. It forced me to get out of bed and not sleep in. Other than that, this place is awesome.

Graduation Weekend

We were lucky enough to book this house for Brockport Graduation weekend. It was awesome. An absolutely gorgeous setting, beautifully decorated, clean, and welcoming! We are planning to go back for a vacation and bring some of the family. I give this a 10 out of 10!

Fantastic house & location!

This house sits on Lake Ontario about 1/2 hour outside Rochester. We stayed here Christmas week to be near family. The house is quite large, beautifully decorated and the best equipped rental home I've ever stayed in. My habit is to bring my own knives and pots and pans because normally the quality is terrible in rentals. This house has absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen, including a slow cooker and mixer! The best part is definitely all the windows facing the lake. We enjoyed seeing thousands of geese each day and it's such a relaxing and serene spot. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lake Ontario Perfection

This well equipped and very well maintained home on the lakefront was perfect for our vacation. The design takes advantage of the scenic views that surround the property. Walking trails at Hamlin Beach State Park are minutes away.

Beautiful House

Stayed here to attend son’s wedding in Albion. Convenient to surrounding towns. House is amazing - exactly as the photos show. I would definitely stay here again! Host gave box of donuts as a thank you - very nice touch!
