As soon as you step into the entryway, you’ll be greeted by the bright, welcoming decor. Warm wooden accents by the coat rack invite you to hang your jackets in style, while the practical shoe rack keeps things tidy. The floor-to-ceiling mirror offers a final check before you leave the house—a perfect start to your vacation day.

The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the apartment with natural light and create a welcoming atmosphere. You can enjoy relaxing evenings in front of the TV in the cozy sofa nook or in the comfortable wingback chair. The sleeper sofa also provides a place to sleep for two additional guests.

The adjoining dining room offers plenty of space for shared meals, game nights, or cozy evenings with a glass of wine. The modern, open kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself—from the dishwasher and freezer to all the necessary kitchen utensils.

The bedroom features a high-quality, large upholstered bed, perfect for restful nights. The spacious closet offers plenty of room for your clothes.

The brightly tiled bathroom, bathed in natural light and accented with warm earth tones, features a walk-in shower, a mirrored cabinet, and a hair dryer—everything you need for your daily hygiene routine.

A washer/dryer in the storage room provides you with added convenience during your stay.
All rooms are equipped with pleated blinds, electronic roller shutters, and fly screens to protect your privacy.
A parking space is also available to you free of charge.
A garden shed provides storage space for bicycles. All rooms have a ventilation system.

The heart of the apartment is the small but charming garden with a patio. Here you can enjoy the sun during the day and wind down in the evening with a glass of wine. A private path leads directly to Lake Wangermeer—ideal for relaxing by the water.

Lake Wangermeer is an idyllic recreational lake on the North Sea coast. Despite its name, it is not actually a sea, but rather an artificial lake with clear water and a maritime atmosphere.

Here, visitors can relax and swim, soak up the sun on the sandy beach, or enjoy numerous recreational activities such as stand-up paddleboarding, pedal boating, and walks along the shore.

The Wangermeer combines relaxation, nature, and activity—perfect for a varied vacation or a relaxing day trip.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary bonus and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be exceptional cases where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 dish towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective rate schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.

We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as laundry packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.”, and many other services:
