With an OCEAN VIEW, Haus Tannenburg is located in the first row of buildings, just about 100 meters from the beach!

This 3-room apartment, renovated and furnished in 2023, (approx. 65 square meters) is located in the well-maintained Tannenburg apartment complex and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The elevator provides convenient access to your vacation apartment on the 2nd floor.
The layout of this inviting apartment is clearly structured and offers plenty of space. A consistent, fresh color scheme exudes tranquility and coziness. Through the hallway, which is equipped with a coat rack, you’ll enter the living-dining area with an open kitchen. A stove (ceramic cooktop) with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and various small kitchen appliances round out the amenities. From the hallway, you also enter the first bedroom, where you’ll find a box-spring bed (1x160x200) and a wardrobe. The living room is furnished with a tasteful couch and a flat-screen TV. From here, you can step out onto the furnished, south-facing balcony. Here, you can enjoy the sun and the sound of the sea. An awning provides shade when needed.
Adjacent to the living room is the open dining area, which is furnished with 4 chairs and a large wooden table. Enjoy the ocean view from here as well while you eat your meals. From the living room, you can access the second bedroom, which features a box-spring bed (2x90x200) and a window. The spacious shower room with a sink is, like everything else in the apartment, in like-new condition. All rooms are equipped with blackout curtains.
A free outdoor parking space is available to you for the duration of your stay. Additionally, the sauna (for a fee) and a small fitness room in the building are available for use by vacation guests. A shared washer and dryer are also available in the laundry room for a fee.
