Welcome to “Strandgut” – your spacious feel-good apartment by the sea.
Our family-run Haus Sonnenschein is quietly yet centrally located – just a short walk from the beach and Binz town center.

The two-room apartment (approx. 55 m²) is located on the first floor and accommodates up to six people.
In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed and a TV, while two sofa beds in the living area provide additional sleeping space – ideal for families or friends.
Large floor-to-ceiling French windows fill the rooms with daylight and create a bright, friendly atmosphere.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped – including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, two-plate stove, and refrigerator.
The bathroom has a shower.

Your linen package with bed linen and towels is included.
For longer stays, fresh bed linen and towels can be provided for €16 per person.

The local visitor’s tax is €3.40 per person per day.
Children up to their 3rd birthday and guests with a disability level of 100 are exempt.
