Welcome to our cozy apartment in Munich’s Isarvorstadt neighborhood.
Ideally located between Theresienwiese, the Isar River, and Sendlinger Tor, this warm and inviting apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and offers the following amenities:

The apartment has everything you need for a great trip to Munich. It’s warm and inviting, with very stylish furnishings. The modern yet cozy design invites you to unwind and relax after a busy day packed with activities.

After unlocking the gate to the courtyard with the code, you’ll reach the wheelchair-accessible apartment on the first floor of the rear building. Upon opening the front door, you’ll enter the entryway with the coat rack slightly to your left and the open kitchen slightly to your right. To your right is the open living and dining area; the door straight ahead leads to the bathroom, and to the left is the sleeping area.

The sleeping area features a cozy queen-size box-spring bed (160 cm × 200 cm) and an open closet with a dresser where you can store your clothes and accessories.
The sleeping area offers plenty of comfort so you can relax after a long day in Munich. It’s also in a very quiet location, so you can sleep in a little longer in the morning.

If you head back toward the entrance from the sleeping area, you’ll find the modern shower room on your left. It’s equipped with a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, and a large shower. In the vanity cabinet, you’ll find facial tissues, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. Thanks to the well-lit mirror, the bathroom is perfect for getting ready for a great evening in Munich and then admiring yourself at your best.

To the left of the bathroom is the open kitchen, which offers a generous view into the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with basic cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, and oil. There is a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans, as well as sharp knives, are also provided.
The large serving hatch invites lively conversations with the cook over a glass of wine.
You’ll also find many restaurants and bars in the area where you can treat yourself to culinary delights.

From the kitchen, you’ll find our cozy living-dining area just around the corner. There, on the right-hand side, in front of the windows overlooking the green courtyard, is our dining table that seats up to 4 people. You can gather around the round dining table to eat, drink, and enjoy each other’s company. Perfect for a long, fun, and cheerful evening.
On the left, you’ll find a stylish, cozy sofa with plenty of pillows and a 32-inch smart TV with Netflix access.
If needed, two additional guests can stay here overnight. The pull-out sofa bed can easily be unfolded into a comfortable bed with a separate topper, measuring 140 cm × 200 cm.

Thanks to the variety of lamps and lighting options in the apartment, you can customize the lighting to suit your wishes and preferences.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available in our cozy apartment, so you can simply open your laptop and continue working or read your emails in peace.

In addition, the apartment features the following amenities:
- Fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, electric kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee and tea included)
- Dish soap, new sponges, dishcloths, and dish towels
- guest towels, hand soap, and a hair dryer
- fresh hand and bath towels and high-quality bed linens included
