Welcome to the Klabautermann vacation home... just a few minutes' walk from the Baltic Sea.
Your vacation gets off to a relaxing start the moment you arrive. Bed linens and towels are already included in the price. The beds are freshly made when you arrive, so you can simply check in, unpack, and feel right at home.

Our Scandinavian-style vacation home is located in the quiet village of Lensterstrand, a neighborhood of Grömitz. Just a short walk separates you from the Baltic Sea, the fine sand, and the sound of the waves. With 175 square meters of space, the house offers plenty of room to spend time together, relax, enjoy yourselves, and recharge.

Five comfortably furnished bedrooms can accommodate up to ten people. A travel crib and a high chair are available for the youngest guests. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, and everything else you might need, is perfect for cooking and gathering together. 
The house has a fiber-optic connection and fast Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected at all times.

On warm days, the spacious patio is the perfect place to relax. Here you can barbecue, eat, or simply enjoy the fresh air in good company. When it gets cooler outside, the fireplace in the living area provides a cozy atmosphere for long evenings.
A real highlight of the house is the private wellness area with a swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. Here you’ll find peace and relaxation all to yourself. A washer-dryer is also available, which is especially convenient for longer stays or trips with children. Pets are also welcome here—we want them to feel right at home, too.

There are three parking spaces available on the property. The location is ideal for anyone who enjoys being close to the water and wants to experience the Baltic Sea to the fullest. Whether you’re sunbathing, going for a walk, or simply dipping your feet in the water, everything is just a few minutes away.

One laundry set per person—consisting of bed linens, one large towel, two small towels, and one dish towel—is included in the rental price. Utility costs are billed separately. For group trips, please inquire in advance.

And if you listen very closely, you might even hear the Klabautermann as he roams cheerfully through his beloved home, which he cherishes just as much as his guests do.

Youth group trips are only possible upon request and under certain conditions! 

In addition to the rental price, a security deposit of 450.00 EUR must be transferred along with the final payment. We will send a separate email regarding this.
Electricity, gas, and water usage will be billed separately. Utility costs are automatically deducted from the security deposit.

Electricity: 0.50 EUR per kWh
Gas: 2.50 EUR per m³
Water: 6.00 EUR per m³

Price increase:
In the event of price increases for variable costs (e.g., the Grömitz municipal visitor’s tax), Homes by the Sea GmbH is entitled to increase the price for the corresponding costs borne by the tenant.
None of the above entitles the renter to cancel the reservation.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this stylish and modern 6-room vacation home. The spacious living area with an integrated dining room invites you to spend time together and offers the perfect setting for relaxing evenings.

The vacation home features five comfortable bedrooms—three with cozy double beds and the other two with two single beds each—ideal for couples, families, or friends.

A real highlight is the private wellness area: Relax in the sauna, enjoy the hot tub, or take a dip in your own pool.

The fireplace, with its warm flickering flames, provides special moments of relaxation in the evening, while the spacious terrace does the same during the day.



Check-in is available from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
