Great beach access and spectacular views! The condo was just the right size and comfortable. Loved the balconies but especially the lower level patio area - my favorite! Hope to go back in spring or summer, although anytime of year would be great!

We loved it so much that we called and ask for another day and that was granted without any problem. I am in my 70’s and my favorite spot was the breezeway.

We have been coming to Mexico Beach area for 45 years. This location can’t be beat. Great A/C. 4 eateries within 2 min walk. Seafood, Mexican,Japanese.

We jad such a great time, right on the beach and very clean. Had a situation with the keypad, and owner solved it in less than 5 min! Will definitely stay again!!

Clean and feet from the ocean. Owner is SUPER responsive. The AC unit went out the first night we where there and she had the repair guy there the next morning at 8am aand it was fixed with in 30 min and never gave us anymore problems. This is a GREAT rental.

The townhouse is beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed walking across the street to Killer Seafood for an early dinner..I love being right on the Gulf walking directly out on the sand..there are 2 staircases, one outside up to the front door, and you have to go up a hill of sand and down the other side of the dunes. Wonderful place to sit on the bottom floor. We would have liked a little privacy screen between the other townhouses, but we still enjoyed it. It's a wonderful place to stay! Thank you!

Our favorite place!

Absolutely love staying here. This was our 2nd year staying here and can’t wait to go again. Everything was wonderful with the place other than a couple minor inconveniences that people should be aware about. 1) They recently redid the sand dunes in front of the townhome so you do have to “hike” up the fairly steep dunes to actually get to the beach. 2) The bedroom doors have child locks on them which does not seem like a big deal but it’s just an inconvenience that should not be on a rental property unless specifically requested.

Relaxing spring break

This was a lovely and clean unit with beautiful decor and a perfect view of the gulf. We enjoyed the beach everyday and short trip to Port St. Joe and the Cape. The restaurants were close and had delicious food.

Wonderful two weeks

Great condo. Clean and as fresh as new. Steps to the beach. Owner was extremely helpful and easy to contact. Would recommend it without reservation.

Family Vacation

The house is beautiful and perfect for a family trip. The view was great. Very short walk from the back deck to the beach. We had to leave early because of a hurricane but the owner was great about it. It isn’t their fault of course but they communicated well and kept us informed. We will definitely book again!

Beautiful and Close to Beach

This home was absolutely stunning and steps from the beautiful white beach! Kitchen was adequately stocked and had ample seating. Mater bedroom was good size however the other bedrooms were on the small size. We had an issue with the keyless entry on two occasions but host was readily available and helpful! Would definitely stay again.
