This new and modernly furnished thatched-roof vacation home is located on the quiet outskirts of the Baltic Sea resort town of Rerik.

The property is situated on the edge of a residential area, facing the beach. It offers an unobstructed view of the countryside and the Baltic Sea.

The idyllic, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort of Rerik is centrally located between the Hanseatic cities of Wismar (34 km) and Rostock (40 km). Just 900 m away, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach via the “Teufelsschlucht” (Devil’s Gorge) along the cliffs.

First floor:

A picnic bench for enjoying breakfast together on the south terrace and additional patio furniture, including a large table on the west terrace, are available.

There is also a place to park bicycles and a clothes drying rack.

A travel crib for children (including a mattress), a washing machine, and a high chair are provided.

The landlord also provides bicycles for a fee upon request (use at your own risk; you must check the bicycles’ roadworthiness yourself).

Note:

Since the houses in this residential area have thatched roofs, setting off fireworks and New Year’s Eve rockets is not permitted! Pets and smoking are not allowed.
A convenience store with a bread roll service, a playground, and an outdoor movie theater are a 5-minute walk away. The bus stop and a seafood restaurant are a 10-minute walk away. Medical care, a pharmacy, banks, a supermarket, the center of Rerik, the beautiful church with a sweeping view of the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea, the harbor, the pier with a supervised swimming beach, as well as small cafés and cozy restaurants can be reached on foot in 20 to 30 minutes.
