Here, you’ll stay in a quiet, pleasantly secluded location and enjoy the feeling of completely escaping the daily grind: wake up in the morning to a view of the water and wind down the day in the evening on the covered terrace. Children are welcome; the property is smoke-free and is equally suited for families, romantic getaways, and active guests.

Inside, you’ll find a well-thought-out floor plan with a total of 3 rooms: a cozy living room with a sofa area, dining table, TV, and radio, as well as two bedrooms offering a total of 6 sleeping spaces. Heating, air conditioning, and window screens ensure a comfortable indoor climate; privacy screens on all windows provide privacy. Wi-Fi is available. The gas fireplace makes the space especially cozy—ideal for relaxing even on cooler days.

The open kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped: a ceramic-glass stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. Dish towels and a starter kit are provided, so you can arrive and relax right away. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, window, and hot water. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Outside, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and sunshades invite you to linger. An electric grill is available for hassle-free moments of enjoyment.
