Spanning 44 m², the accommodation combines a maritime vacation atmosphere with comfortable amenities and is ideal for couples, families, friends, and anyone who enjoys a romantic yet pleasantly secluded setting. Children are also welcome, and pets are allowed. Since this is a smoke-free property, you can enjoy fresh air both indoors and outdoors.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a sofa nook, TV, and radio, as well as reliable Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxed evenings or a peaceful getaway on the water. Air conditioning and heating ensure a comfortable indoor climate year-round, while fly screens, privacy shades on all windows, and practical details like a coat rack and vacuum cleaner make everyday life on vacation hassle-free. For added safety, smoke and fire alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, and an alarm system are provided.

The open kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped for self-catering: a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are all provided.
