Great place to stay

We stayed there with my three daughters, three son in laws and four grandchildren. It was very nice and we would highly recommend it.

You are lucky enough to know what a prefect beach house Sunny Day is. Being in Seagrove Beach puts you in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything along 30A. You can walk to some great restaurants or take a bike ride to check out the shops in Seaside or a band playing at The Hub. You know life is good when the decision you have to make is; "Do I walk out the back door and swim in the pool or do I walk out the front door to go swim in the Gulf?" You must have some fond memories of sitting on the back porch, with dinner on the grill, while everyone is having a blast in the pool. Sunny Day is your outpost in our piece of paradise. We look forward to welcoming you back next year and helping you get some more sand between your toes!

Sunny Days is a great Seagrove location with an incredible covered back porch for watching the family enjoy the pool or having a outside cookout. Being in Seagrove puts you in the middle of 30A, near all the great sights, shops and restaurants of Seaside and Rosemary. The house is even better, with wonderful new furniture and bedding. Sunny Day is a local favorite and we are very much looking forward to seeing you again.

Great House in Great Location

Our only complaint was that the ice machine and oven didn't work the entire trip which was definitely an inconvenience.

Dear Mr.M- Thank you for taking the time to post your review. Sunny Day is the perfect house in the perfect location for a family trip to the beach. It is a nice change to be able to leave the car keys behind and be able to walk or bike to the wonderful beaches, shops, and restaurants in the area. Just being able to relax on that back desk, while watching the family swim in the pool, and dinner cooks on the grill, is why so many of us come to the beach. I see you could tell how much effort our owner puts in to keeping his house in tip top shape. That is why we were all so disappointed when the problems popped up with the appliances. The owners take pride in providing only the best appliances for their guest. The downside is, when we do have an occasional issue, the specialty repair parts take some time to come in. We are sorry that the "rushed" order did not arrive before your departure. We at Royal work very hard to make sure our guest have the best vacation possible. We look forward to your next visit which will be better yet!

It was the central hub for all our families activities. Very well furnished and super comfortable. The huge kitchen and eating area was perfect for us. Had one issue with the AC, but the team was on it and fixed it very fast.

Will not return

This property was dirty! Cleaning crew was only there for 30 minutes and it showed. Upstairs is a weird configuration. But, the pool was nice and the beach access was close. We love the beach and Seagrove.

Great Location, Accommodates Many

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with eight people (four children), and there was plenty of space. It was awesome having the pool right out the backyard. The first floor is decorated lovely and great with dining space. If you’re hoping to have two primary bedrooms however for two families, there really is only one. The kids loved the bunk room with tvs in each bunk. But the layout is a little odd upstairs as you have to walk through the bunk room to get to the final room. The house needs a little bit of updating, especially the guest bathroom and bedrooms, but overall it was a lovely stay, and the location is absolutely perfect. Beach access was ideal, and the amount of amenities was perfect. We look forward to using Royal Destinations again as they did a wonderful job responding to anything you needed.

Wonderful family trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited with our extended family- 6 adults and 6 children. The house was amazing and provided plenty of space for everyone. The way the large back porch looks right into the pool is one of the bonuses of this property. The walk to the beach was simple and easy and having the donut shop, seafood market, Tom Thumb and a couple restaurants within walking distance was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again. We only had one issue with the property and it was the coffee pot but when we called they brought a new one right away. My only suggestion is the house could use a couple more kitchen towels.

Just what the Doctor ordered

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband was in a bad accident 5 months ago. 2 months in the hospitals to learn to walk again. My sister rented a home in the same community. Booked this at the last minute and glad we did! It is beautiful! Location is perfect for the beach and restaurants. The pool behind the house was great! I loved to sit on the deck and read or visit with my family. We ate out for all our meals. If you plan to cook be aware there is no condiments or spices(including salt and pepper). I will be booking this house again for next year!

Great Location, Weird Bedroom Configuration

Kitchen was very well stocked and plenty of space to spread out in the dining area and den. There is very little privacy in the upstairs bedrooms, thin walls, bunkroom does not have drawers or closet or bathroom. You have to go thru the bunkroom or another bedroom to reach the queen bedroom, so that was weird but worked for our extended family. House could have been cleaner (lots of visible dirt and build up on baseboards but toilets and showers clean) and all bath mats need to be replaced. Overall, a very nice experience for the money!

You have to cut through the bunk room or both the bathroom and other bedroom. Great management: little issues were immediately solved. App was great, communications were easy and unobtrusive. Checkout was a breeze.The beach was not private and was extremely crowded. The beach is shared with a high-rise condo building with close to 150 units. It was the 4th of July, and all week we had to get our beach chairs down by 5:30am if we wanted front row seats for the ocean.

Great Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked renting from Royal Destinations. We loved the way they had their customer service portal set up and were very helpful. We had a lot of trouble booking chairs in advance but it ended up not being a problem because we could rent them on the beach. The location is great - very close to seaside and the beach access is very easy to get to. We loved all of the living spaces that the home offered and that it could accomodate our large group of 9 people. The only thing we didn't like was that one bedroom upstairs can only be accessed through another bedroom. Other than that - we thought the house was great. The kids were able to play in the community pool and we could see them from our back deck which was awesome. We will definitely rent from Royal Destinations again.

Fantastic Stay at Sunny Day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sunny Day home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The house is so spacious, pictures did not do it justice. Large living, dining and kitchen area and the bedroom set up couldn’t have been better for our group of 8 adults, 4 kids. Short walk to the beach took only a few minutes. Unless you stoped for donuts on the way! Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware, beds comfortable, pool was literally in the back yard. The Royal Destination staff was incredible! Contacted me the week before our stay, always quick to answer any questions we had before and during the trip. The outstanding staff is one of the main reasons I plan use RD in the future. Only reason we won’t stay at Sunny Days next year is because we will have a larger group & need a bigger house! Highly recommend Royal Destinations and The Sunny Day House to friends and family.

The spacious kitchen is perfect for families that love to cook together and the large covered patio that overlooks the community pool is the perfect spot for enteraining the whole family. Wonderful stay at Sunny Day

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been visiting 30A for 20+ years so we've stayed in our fair share of rentals. Sunny Day was one of our favorites! The house is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed for a week—including two bikes that we used every day. We really enjoyed the easy access to the community pool directly behind the home. Sunny Day is a short walk to the beach, just 3 houses from the 30A intersection and walking distance to so many restaurants and treats in the heart of Seagrove. The rental generously includes a beach set-up with an umbrella and two chairs. However, this service is offered at the beach access directly next to one of two high-rise condos in Seagrove so the beach was packed at that access point. We chose to forego the nice set up and use the Tom Thumb beach access (it's the same distance to either access point) where there were MUCH FEWER people and just use our own set of chairs and umbrella.The management company was also very thorough and responsive. They stopped by to repair a step (that we hadn't even noticed) shortly after we arrived.We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Day and we would absolutely stay there again!

Loved “Sunny Day”

Bedrooms are tight

The master bedroom was a good size. The bunk room was a shock. It was like a hallway between sets of bunks. And to get to the third bedroom, you had to walk through the bunk room or second bedroom. I don’t think you could describe it as sleeping 12 comfortably

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed with my extended family (6 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 babies) for 4 days and this is nice place. Weather was perfect, house is very close to beach, nice and clean house, 4 bedrooms, extra 4 bunk beds, plenty of space. It is advertised as 2 car parking space in front of the house, however it can fit easily 3 cars. I would definitely like to come back again.

This home is ideally located directly behind the community pool which offers guests a great place to cool off each day after the beach. Sunny Day is also very close to it's beach access and guests have access to complimentary bikes and beach chairs. The bikes allow guests to easily navigate all of 30-A. This home is clean, well stocked, and very spacious. We would like to remind guests that while this home does have plenty of room in the driveway, guests are still limited to only two cars in the driveway. We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay and we hope to have you back again soon at Sunny Day by Royal Destinations.

Summer stay

It was a great home, it did have a cat, not sure if neighborhood takes care of it or what but it pretty much lived at this home. Bicycles are unsafe for this part of 30A, they need a crosswalk at this neighborhood.
