The "tu Huus" vacation home in Kölpinsee (Loddin) is beautifully situated in a very quiet, pine-forested cul-de-sac with no traffic noise whatsoever. It’s a 5-minute bike ride to the Baltic Sea beach, as well as to the Achterwasser lagoon and the beautiful Kölpinsee lake. The property itself is perfect for relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying evening barbecues. Next to the vacation home, which sleeps three and was completed in 2026, there is a brand-new, high-end vacation bungalow on the property with a bathroom and kitchenette (sleeps two).
The main house, which sleeps three, features a new kitchen, a new bathroom, air conditioning, and a wood-burning stove. The furnishings and interior design were created by a renowned interior designer and are a far cry from the typical vacation home decor. The garden area features three terraces, ensuring you can always find a spot in the sun or shade, depending on your preference. Parking is available at the house.
