Partially renovated 1-room, non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 23 sqm) on the 3rd floor facing the countryside, with an east-facing loggia (morning sun, equipped with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 2 people.
From the entryway, which features a coat closet and kitchenette, you enter the combined living room/bedroom (with access to the balcony) and the shower room/toilet.
The living/bedroom area features a dining area, a fixed double bed, a cable flat-screen TV, and a radio/CD player.
The kitchenette features a 2-burner stovetop, a refrigerator with a 3*-freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a hair dryer.
