Vacation Apartment 3 in Building 4 of the “Dünenschloss” in Kühlungsborn is a 3-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 people.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation near the beach in this 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people. The 50 m² vacation apartment is located on the first floor and features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. On the terrace, you can start and end your day in a beach chair. The beach promenade is just a 50-meter walk away. Enjoy leisurely strolls with a view of the Baltic Sea or relax on the fine-sand beach.

The living area invites you to spend cozy hours with a comfortable sofa and two wicker armchairs, a stereo system, and a flat-screen TV. The integrated dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The very tastefully furnished kitchenette leaves little to be desired. A stove with an oven and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher are all part of the comprehensive kitchen setup. Small appliances such as a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle round out the amenities.

In the vacation rental’s bedroom, a comfortable double bed awaits you for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a TV. Curtains provide privacy or can be used to block out the light.

The wheelchair-accessible bathroom features a wheelchair-accessible sink, a low-entry shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer. Porcelain tiles are laid throughout the entire vacation rental.

Washing machines and dryers are available in the common area for a fee to handle your vacation laundry.

You can use the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room at the “Dünenschloss” free of charge. The swimming pool is closed annually during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks. Please note that our wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will unfortunately be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to extensive renovation work.

The Dünenschloss apartment complex features lovingly restored balconies reminiscent of traditional seaside resort architecture. The white sandy beach is only about 50 m away. The center of the Kühlungsborn West district is only about 500 m away. The apartment complex consists of 4 buildings with several vacation apartments. All vacation apartments in the buildings are accessible via stairs or elevator.
Our guests have free access to a well-maintained swimming pool (8 x 4 m), a sauna, and a fitness room. The swimming pool is closed annually during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks. Please note that our wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will unfortunately be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to extensive renovation work.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in separate rooms. You can securely store your bicycles in a bicycle storage room.
A free outdoor parking space is available for each vacation apartment directly at the apartment complex.

The Dünenschloss apartment complex, Dünenschloss apartment complex, built in 2005, offers a wide variety of vacation apartments, including a generous selection of 1-, 2-, and 3-room units that accommodate up to 6 people. Pets are allowed in some of the vacation apartments. Many of the vacation apartments feature a lake view or partial lake view, as well as a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Each vacation apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area with cable TV. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
