In addition to a large, cozy corner couch—which can be converted into a sleeping area for two people in just a few simple steps—and a 43-inch 4K flat-screen TV, there is a spacious dining area with a dining table that seats up to 4 people, as well as a fully equipped, modern built-in kitchen. Equipped with an oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, electric kettle, coffee machine, drip coffee maker, and toaster, it offers everything you need to prepare your own meals during your vacation.
The 5-square-meter balcony, which opens off the living area, faces southwest and is sheltered from the wind—offering more than just space for breakfast. Here, you can also relax and wind down at the end of the day.
For hot summer days, the apartment is equipped with an air conditioner.

The separate, spacious bedroom features a cozy, custom-built 180x200 cm double bed crafted by a carpenter.There is a charging station for your cell phone.
Separate premium spring mattresses (21 cm) and an adjustable slatted frame, as well as blackout curtains, ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The built-in wardrobes, fitted into the sloped ceiling, offer plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.
There is also space for a second 4K/43-inch fold-out TV.

In the bright, natural-light-filled bathroom, underfloor heating ensures pleasant comfort. It’s even available in the large shower (90 cm x 125 cm).
Here, you can choose between a rain shower or a handheld showerhead. A towel warmer, a hair dryer, a large lighted mirror, and the oak bench (for the little ones to brush their teeth) round out the bathroom.


A free parking space with no height restriction is included with the vacation rental and is located next to the house.
Wi-Fi is also available free of charge (subject to availability).
