Haus am Park apartment 19 - 2-room apartment with balcony and side view of the Baltic Sea

The HaP/19 vacation rental in the “Haus am Park” resort is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

The apartment is located in Kühlungsborn West, just 50 meters from the fine sandy beach. An elevator takes you conveniently up to the first floor. There you’ll find an open living area with an integrated kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. On the southwest side of the building, you’ll have approximately 47 square meters of living space at your disposal. From the balcony, you can enjoy a side view of the Baltic Sea.

In the living area, you can make yourself comfortable on the cozy sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) or the armchair with its matching ottoman. For entertainment, a Blu-ray player and a flat-screen TV are available. The large dining table in the living room offers space for all guests.

The open kitchenette is equipped with 4 burners, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

You can also relax in the bedroom, which is furnished with a large double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The closet provides space for your clothes and other travel essentials. A second flat-screen TV provides additional comfort. Curtains can be drawn to block out the light.

Of course, the vacation rental also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Tiles have been laid in the living and wet areas, while the bedroom has carpeted floors.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Small pets are allowed upon request.

The apartment includes a nearby outdoor parking space. Bicycles you bring with you or rent can be stored in the building’s bicycle storage room. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s common areas.

The “Haus am Park” apartment building combines the charm of the 1920s with modern amenities, located right next to the beach. It is one of the most impressive buildings in the center of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washers and dryers.

Some vacation apartments come with an outdoor parking space, while others include an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires).
