Vacation Apartment 105 in the Meeresblick vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This cozy, bright vacation apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn is located on the first floor, on the east side of the building, and features a furnished balcony with a partial view of the sea. With a size of 54 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation, featuring a living area, a dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The beach is about 50 meters away.

In the spacious living area of the vacation rental, a comfortable double sofa bed and two cozy armchairs invite you to enjoy social TV evenings with a modern flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player. A DENON hi-fi stereo system is also available, offering various streaming options. You can also use the free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) in the vacation rental, which provides access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and various media libraries.

The adjoining kitchenette with dining area is fully equipped with a large freestanding fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and an oven with a ceramic cooktop. Of course, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle are also available.

In the bedroom of this vacation rental, a double bed invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The well-placed reading lamps by the bed provide cozy lighting and the perfect atmosphere for reading. A large sliding-door wardrobe offers plenty of storage space. The sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living area can be converted into a sleeping space for two additional people in just a few simple steps. Curtains in the sleeping areas provide privacy and block out light (the bedroom window opens onto the atrium).

The vacation rental features a tiled shower room with a toilet. You’ll find plenty of space on the spacious vanity for your toiletries. A hair dryer rounds out the bathroom’s amenities. Vinyl flooring has been installed in the living room and bedroom.

A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washers and dryers are available to you in the shared basement. Parking space No. 31 in the underground garage is included with your vacation rental (max. height 1.80 m, max. weight 2,000 kg)


Complex:

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring live plants, you can reach the vacation apartments via the stairs or the two glass elevators. The building’s south entrance provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washers, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.


Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
