Cozy wooden house with a fireplace, terrace, and location on the edge of the forest—a nature experience in the Lautertal
Arrive, take a deep breath, relax: This lovingly furnished log cabin, number 29, is located right on the edge of the forest in the car-free Lauterdörfle vacation park and is an ideal retreat for anyone who appreciates peace and quiet, nature, and cozy evenings by the fireplace. Wi-Fi is available in the cabin, allowing you to combine relaxation with digital flexibility.
The open living area, featuring a wood-burning stove, a cozy couch, and a view of the greenery, invites you to spend relaxing hours—whether with a good book, a glass of wine, or a game night with friends. The open, well-equipped kitchen with a dining area offers everything you need for a shared breakfast or a relaxed dinner.
The vacation home can accommodate up to 5 people, all in full-size beds. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a double bed and an additional single bed. Warm wood tones and a serene design create a pleasant, cozy atmosphere and ensure a restful night’s sleep.
A special highlight is the spacious, covered terrace located right on the edge of the forest. Here, you can start your day in peace or wind down the evening in a relaxed manner while the children play on the expansive grounds or explore nature.
The Lauterdörfle Vacation Park offers numerous recreational opportunities: several playgrounds, a mini-golf course, a soccer field, a basketball court, a tennis court, table tennis, outdoor chess, and communal barbecue areas—one of which is located right next to the house.
Its location in the deeply carved Lautertal valley is extraordinary: The region is one of the most unspoiled landscapes in the Swabian Alb, boasting an impressive concentration of caves, castles, and ruins. Hiking and biking trails start right at your doorstep. Nearby highlights such as the Hayingen Nature Theater, Zwiefalten Abbey, or a brewery tour in Zwiefalten invite you to enjoy a variety of excursions. Food lovers will find multi-award-winning regional cuisine in the area, including a Michelin-recommended inn in Hayingen.
Shared facilities such as a sauna (available starting November 2026), a washing machine, and a dryer are available for a fee. Firewood can also be purchased on site. This vacation home is ideal for couples, families, or friends who want to combine relaxation, nature, culture, and authentic experiences in the Alb region.
