Part of the sofa can be used as a comfortable sleeping option for one guest. In addition, there is a separate single bed in the living room, providing further sleeping accommodation. From the living room, you have direct access to the covered balcony, which offers comfortable seating and a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.

Adjacent to the living room is the separate dining area with a modern, high-quality kitchen. Here you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: microwave, coffee machine, oven with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a wide range of kitchen utensils.
