The apartment offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. This bright, tastefully furnished space is ideal for couples, business travelers, or a relaxing vacation.

The apartment has a separate entrance via the shared stairwell.
We also live in the building, so you may occasionally run into us on the staircase.

Of course, you’ll enjoy your privacy in the lockable apartment and can spend your stay undisturbed.

Spanning over 60 m², a comfortable and lovingly furnished apartment awaits you, complete with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The spacious living area invites you to relax on a cozy sofa. At the dining table, which seats up to four people, you can enjoy meals together or work comfortably. From here, you have direct access to the beautiful southwest-facing balcony.


The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking:

- Coffee makers (pad and filter coffee makers)
- Toaster and electric kettle
- Oven with built-in microwave
- Dishwasher
- Refrigerator and freezer
- Glass-ceramic cooktop
- Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils
- Hand blender and much more

The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm), a spacious closet, and ample storage space.
Suitcases can be stored in a separate storage room.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a modern, walk-in shower and offers plenty of space.

Enjoy relaxing moments on the cozy southwest-facing balcony with a table and seating.
A large maple tree provides pleasant shade in the summer and creates a particularly relaxing and cozy atmosphere. Bird song included. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.

Ideal for cycling vacationers
The Baltic Sea Coast Cycle Route runs directly through Kiel, and the surrounding area offers numerous charming bike tours along the Kiel Fjord and the Kiel Canal. Our accommodations are particularly bike-friendly: you can store your bikes safely and protected from the weather in our shed.

Note for families with small children
Small children are welcome by prior arrangement. Please note, however, that the accommodations are not specifically equipped for small children (e.g., no child safety features, baby equipment, etc.).

Information about the apartment
The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor (attic) and is accessible only by stairs. It is therefore not wheelchair accessible.
On hot summer days, it can get warmer inside the apartment.
