Gorgeous lake view

Just finished a stay at this wonderful cottage. The yard and flowers are beautiful, the cottage was impeccably clean; warm and welcoming. The living area is very large with many windows to see the lake. The kitchen is well equipped and even had storage containers for leftovers, spices and more. Downstairs bed very comfortable, washer and dryer worked great. Great shower and plenty of towels. Will definitely be making plans to stay there again!

Refreshing Lakefront Retreat

My 3rd time staying in this beautiful place. As soon as you walk in the door you see beautiful Lake Erie. Immaculately clean and comfy beds. I will definitely be back!

Perfect

My husband and I stayed for four days in this immaculate and cozy house. The kitchen is truly loaded with everything you need (including coffee and tea pods!). The bedding is super comfortable and the towels fluffy and soft— that is not always the case in a rental. Being right in the water gave us amazing views and we really enjoyed just sitting on the back deck watching the water, boats, birds and sunsets. We had no issues with anything, but Jane is next door and I’m sure would have been very responsive. As a matter of fact, I commented on how great her tomatoes were growing, and she came over with some! It was a great experience all around.

Perfect, clean house.

House is very clean, kitchen well stocked, lots of bath towels. Looks exactly as the pictures. Located in a private, quiet neighborhood....sunrise views from the deck !!!!!

Very serene & lovely view. Perfect house for two older folks.

We stayed six weeks and enjoyed every day. The weather was nearly perfect, very pleasant. Many restaurants nearby serving Lake Erie perch (wipes favorite).

What a great little lake house!

I've been eyeing this property for a couple of years but it was never available for the dates I wanted. I finally got smart and booked it 4 months in advance. The perseverance finally paid off. It's an older remodeled lake house and its limited square footage is utilized in such a way that it feels much larger than it actually is. It was pretty much everything my wife and I like about these smaller, older lake homes. Lake Erie is literally 30 feet away from the back deck with steps leading to terraced platforms going down to the water's edge. The house was clean and well-equipped for making meals. The view of the lake is absolutely magnificent. Jane the owner was warm and friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely book this place again.

The house is located on the most beautiful property. It was so clean and had everything we could possibly need. The view from the living area was stunning and the deck was a perfect getaway. The host was so kind and even brought in and put away our groceries from our Instacart order. We look forward to staying again!

Better than amazing

What you see is what you get! House was extremely clean, which is #1 on our expectations. Lake view was amazing! Everything you need and more was provided and plentiful! Location is easy to find and situated near our favorite restaurants and shopping in Vermillion. Beautiful neighborhood and easy to figure out the tv remotes (😉). Definitely worth the price. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Short and Sweet

Our family spent two days (in November) enjoying each others company and the lovely lake view. Ted provided prompt, clear information and the house was clean and suitably equipped. Nice spot on a very quiet street.

Fishing trip

Wonderful place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The view of the lake was really nice and it was so clean! Everything you needed to make a home away from home. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and the owner Ted was right there in case you needed anything. We will be back!!

Refreshing Retreat

Beautiful, peaceful Lake views combined with comfort and cleanliness made our stay so restful and refreshing. Ted and Jane have created a lovely space to relax and enjoy the Lake. Grateful to be able to return, and hope we can stay again in the future.
