Nuestra bellamente decorada cabaña en la playa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con lavadora y secadora, a solo cinco minutos a pie del océano, dos minutos a pie de los estanques de pesca, un buen estacionamiento para dos vehículos Ocean Lakes en una comunidad cerrada con seguridad las 24 horas. nuestro sitio y casa # es # 1261 Sendero Sharkstooth. ALQUILER DE CARRO DE GOLF DISPONIBLE!

!!! El complejo ofrece actividades para niños y adultos con acceso a ALL NEW WATER PARK y piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre. Zona infantil de chapoteo. Sala de juegos de minigolf. Centro recreativo. Cafe del puerto de arena, muchas otras actividades.

Nuestra casa está totalmente equipada con TV en las dos habitaciones cocina tiene cafetera microondas lavavajillas. Las habitaciones tienen camas queen size sofá cama es tamaño queen. WIFI parrilla de gas super agradable limpio y ordenado!

The home is beautiful and was one of the cleanest VRBO rentals I’ve ever rented. The owner was extremely polite and made the checkin process easy. This home is at the top of my favorites list. Will definitely stay here again, hopefully the same time next year!

The house was clean upon our arrival. The house is small, but luckily our family didn't spend much time inside! There isn't a lot of room for bags and suitcases and not a lot of dresser or closet space to allow us to unpack and hang stuff up. We previously stayed on the other side of the campground and I thought this house was in a much busier location. Golf carts constantly driving by and just more noise. I liked being able to walk to the pond and being close to the beach. Having the option to rent the golf cart is a definite plus!! We liked having the grill. We took advantage of that a few times! One suggestion I have would be to hang a retractable sunshade on the front porch. I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning but some days it was just too bright and too hot! Patricia was great to work with! Very quick to respond before, during and after our trip about anything I texted her about! We had an issue with the shower curtain rod and she got back to me immediately and had someone come take care of it within an hour!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was well maintained and everything was just as described. The home itself was well decorated and very clean. One of the nicer places at Ocean Lakes. Also, our host, Patricia, was very kind and checked on us to make sure everything was okay. Definitely 5 stars!

Price does not match quality

Location is good - close to the beach. Homeowners quick to respond but when you spend $2200 for a week stay - we expect the home to be a bit more maintained on the inside. The carpets were dirty, refrigerator dirty, utensil drawers dirty, very outdated and carpets surrounding toilets dirty and unwashed. Contacted homeowner and they did offer for house cleaners to return, but after a long trip with two young kids, we preferred not to have a cleaning crew inside the home. Would have appreciated a refund on cleaning fees - when we showed up late at night, we cleaned the house immediately.

The Pasours

We were impressed and pleased at the cleanliness of the property. We had everything we needed. There was an occasion where we had to call the owner about a small issue we couldn't solve, and she told us exactly what to do quickly and efficiently. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from the Simmons again!

Family fun in the sun

We had a wonderful stay golf cart is a must or bicycles. The water park is a definite change from the beach our grandchildren absolutely loved it. We will be back but looking for a five bedroom for the whole family to be in one house.

Perfect house for your stay

Very clean, nicely decorated house, great location and excellent communication with the owners. We enjoyed having breakfast on the porch each morning and liked renting the cart from the owners. We will definitely book again.

GREAT HOUSE, QUIET STREET, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The house was exactly as described, and was absolutely spotless. The communication with the owner Patricia was amazing with clear and concise information from the first day thru the last. The golf cart availability relieved the hassle of dealing with Ocean Lakes (for a fraction of the cost). The street was on the back side of the Ocean Lakes property and had very minimal traffic but was still just a short jump from the beach and other amenities. I would highly recommend this property for smaller families or contacting Patricia if you need a larger space (she has a 2 story directly across the street from this house). VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE OWNERS AND THE PROPERTY!

Great Vacation

Property was clean, conveniently located, and had everything we needed for a great beach week. We really enjoyed the outside patio area and grill. The ability to rent a golf cart from the owner was also a huge plus.

Wonderful property!!

We have stayed at numerous Ocean Lakes properties throughout the years and this home rates highly. My wife and I enjoyed the quiet side street, central location, and ample parking. The home itself is very clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped to meet most any need. The Simmons' are wonderful and responsive hosts who went above and beyond to ensure the rental process was smooth. Look forward to a future return.

Very nice property

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this property! Patricia made all the details of renting very easy. The house was very clean upon arrival. The location is great. We loved that it is located on one of the larger sized streets. It makes it so easy to back out of the driveway. The house also had plenty of paved parking, which is a definite plus. We rented a golf cart from the owners that worked out wonderfully. The house has a lovely outside back patio with bar & TV to sit & relax. The outside shower sprayer to rinse all the sand off worked so nicely as well. This unit is very accurately pictured here on VRBO. The bedspreads & some decor have been changed. It fit our family nicely. There is not a lot of space for luggage, but we were creative & made it work well. The main bathroom is very nicely updated & the washer & dryer in it was very convenient. The second bathroom is quite small as it looks to be original to the original trailer. It has a mini tub. Everything is very well maintained in this house. Patricia has made it very cozy & convenient. Some other things that I really liked were the granite kitchen countertops, the AC worked very well, so it stayed nice & cool in the house, which was a blessing since the week we were there it was in the 90's most days. It also has ceiling fans to keep the air moving. I liked the 40 gallon hot water tank as well. It was so nice not to run out of hot water when we all needed showers before heading out to dinner. I also always try to rent a place that has a hand held shower sprayer which the main shower did. It's the little conveniences that make a trip more enjoyable. So thanks for another fun week in OL! We miss it already.

Great place

Patricia was so amazing to talk to and get ahold of with any questions. Such a pleasant lady. The only reason I gave a 4 star on the location was that there was so many kids riding golf carts on the road in front and going fast. Road was smaller than some places. But the stay and the place was awesome. We had a problem with one of the units on the stove and I contacted Patricia and she got it taken care of and had someone there very fast. Love Ocean Lakes and will go back.
