Relaxing Days on the North Sea – A Central Vacation Rental Near the Beach with a South-Facing Balcony!

Hello and welcome to our cozy “Perla Vacation Rental.” It offers you a wonderful home away from home for a relaxing family vacation. Just a short walk away, and you’ll be on the popular South Beach, gazing out at the vast waves of the North Sea.

The vacation rental sleeps up to three people and features a bright living room with a sitting area, a modern kitchenette with an adjoining dining area, a separate bedroom, a well-maintained shower room, and a sunny balcony.

For relaxing after a day at the beach or a bike ride, the living area is equipped with a large sofa set (sofa bed) and a small flat-screen TV. Perfect for spending time together, a movie night at home, or quiet moments with a good book. There are also a few board games available.

You can also relax to your heart’s content on our sunny, south-facing, furnished balcony. Fresh North Sea air, warm sunshine, and a beautiful view of the peaceful surroundings invite you to relax outdoors.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Additional sleeping space is provided by the sleeper sofa in the living room (120 x 190 cm).

For convenient self-catering, the kitchenette features, among other things, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, as well as various small appliances (coffee maker + Senseo, electric kettle, toaster, etc.). You can also treat yourself to some wonderful culinary delights—there are numerous restaurants near the vacation rental.

In the modern bathroom, you can enjoy a refreshing shower in the morning or after a day at the beach. It is equipped with a towel warmer, toilet, sink with an illuminated mirror, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer.

The family-friendly “Perla” vacation rental comes fully equipped with a high chair, crib, changing table, and some children’s toys.

For your laundry needs, you’re welcome to use the washing machine and dryer (for a small fee in the building’s common area) as well as the clothes rack.

A private parking space in front of the house offers you additional convenience.

“Haus Reedestraße 25-27” on Borkum is situated in a beautiful location. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the town center, which invites you to stroll among its cozy cafés, restaurants, and small shops. Borkum’s family-friendly South Beach is also just a short walk away (about 15 minutes).

Numerous recreational activities, such as the “Gezeitenland” water park, the “Nordseekletterpark” climbing park, and the island movie theater, as well as cultural events (comedy shows, concerts, and children’s activities), will make your vacation on Borkum an unforgettable experience. In addition, four beach sections (including a sports area, a youth area, and a dog beach) guarantee wonderful days at the beach.
