3 dormitorios, 3 baños, completamente remodelada unidad. Complejo de apartamentos tranquilo y limpio fue remodelado recientemente también. Dos dormitorios principales casi idénticos con baño y acceso al balcón. El tercer dormitorio está amueblado con dos literas (4 camas) y una perfecta TV para niños. Wi-Fi, cable, lavadora y secadora.

El condominio cuenta con un patio privado y agradable con la hierba y las flores en el verano, Bañera de hidromasaje (sólo en invierno), lugar de estacionamiento cubierto (altura limitada), aparcamiento alternativo disponible en cerca de muchos ya lo largo de la calle. Portabicicletas en abierto garaje está disponible para asegurar las bicicletas.

Condo se encuentra cruzando la calle de la parada de autobús y sendero del río. Ascensor 7 está a unos 500 pies de distancia. En la ciudad la ubicación es fácil caminar a la góndola y el centro para acceder a toda la ciudad tiene para ofrecer.

Great stay in Telluride

This was a comfortable, well-equipped spot for two families with kids. Great in-town location with easy access to the river path and everything else. Nice kitchen (appreciated the espresso machine), large cozy sofa with recliners, and plenty of room to settle in. Would stay here again!

The heart of Telluride

This place was perfect for our family. It had easy access to everything Telluride has to offer and its just a short walk to the Gondola to get to Mountain village.

Comfort and Convenience

Family stayed for Telluride Bluegrass. Having a place in town was lovely and it provided ample room for our extended family. Bedrooms were well appointed and the unit was stocked with all the necessities to make for a comfortable stay. Check in and out was easy. We’d be happy to stay here again in the future.

Amazing condo!

Everyone in my group very much enjoyed our stay here while visiting Telluride. The location is perfect and a short walking distance to downtown. The condo is very well equipped and has a beautifully stoked kitchen. Everything was clean and beds were all comfortable. The pictures don't do the condo justice of how nice it is. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place, perfect location for girls hiking trip

Stayed with 3 other women to hike and enjoy the town and we all loved the condo and location. Very clean and well-stocked. Easy check-in and check-out. Only issue we had was finding place to park 2nd vehicle. Lot closes at 2am and street parking is 2-hr so had to move car a bit. Otherwise perfect!

Wonderful telluride bluegrass stay!

This condo was perfect for our family and friends family (two couples, 4 kids). Very comfortable beds, great layout and great location in town! The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. We hope to return!

Cozy, well-appointed condo near downtown

This condo is wonderful for a family or a couple groups of friends with kids. The owners have appointed it with comfortable and very functional furniture, as well as stocking the kitchen with everything you could need for cooking together. The walk downtown is easy and particularly beautiful if you follow the river trail which is only about 30 yards from the door. Beds are comfortable and plenty of linens and extra sheets are available. This is a great place to stay for outdoor adventures or just enjoying the town and mountain setting.

We had a great stay!!

We really enjoyed our time in Telluride and at this property. The condo is on the West end of town and with Telluride being small it was not hard getting anywhere. We walked everywhere. The condo was perfect for my family of 4. Each kid had their own room as did my wife and I. I had no need to contact the property manager while we were on property

Perfect place to stay while in Telluride

Our family spent an extended weekend in Telluride at this property . The whole experience was wonderful, from check-in through check-out. The property owner was responsive and really helped us out during check-in with our kid's sleeping schedule. The condo is close to everything in town and right across the street from the creek, which was a bonus when opening up the windows at night. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the condo was clean. We'd definitely stay here again.

Convenient location - Amazing kitchen

Loved the location of the property! Just a short walk from everything. The kitchen was well stocked and was a huge hit for family dinners. Loved the homey feel it has as well! Great find!

Family Vacation

We rented this property for a 3 night stay while visiting Telluride. The location is ideal as we were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The market is close for groceries as well. The main kitchen/dining area is an open concept which worked great for us. I would recommend this property!

Summer Festival HQ

This is a great spot for up to 8 people with 4 in the bunk room. While the objective of the stay was to attend the Festival, this was a great home base and allowed us to walk to the happenings in town and it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk there. Parking for more than one vehicle is complicated, as they have the town on lockdown if you don't have a parking pass. We were able to park for free in Mountain Village, and had to build in the time to coordinate that detour and take the gondola to town. The beds were comfortable, there are blackout shades, the kitchen is well-appointed and overall I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, well stocked condo!

We would highly recommend staying at this condo in Telluride. The owners are very responsive to inquiries. The parking garage was closed for repairs during our stay and parking was very difficult to find since a festival was going on. The only place we could find was a pay only garage. The owners reimbursed us for that cost...very quickly. It was appreciate. The condo itself is very comfortable and well put together.

Great Space

Excellent space for multiple people. The 2 bedrooms with private baths are good for a group. Bunks are good, but a little tight in the space. The kitchen is very well appointed, we never had trouble finding anything. The notebook provided was very clear and useful and the contact before arriving was extremely helpful. Blackout shades in rooms are a nice amenity. Thanks!!

Perfect location, very well stocked

This condo was perfectly situated off of the Main Street right before the River Trail. It is incredibly well kept, and has every amenity you would need. The owners really make this like home. We had a fabulous trip and a very comfortable place to stay the whole time.

Excellent!

We were two older adults/parents with 4 twenty-somethings staying a week. The condo was perfect for us. It was close to town, great market with everything you need only 100 yards away, condo was well stocked with all the amenities needed, very clean. Not a single issue was encountered. Just a perfect place from which to visit Telluride.

Perfectly wonderful

This place was above and beyond. It was not just comfortable and well appointed with appropriate housewares, it had more than the basic necessities that made travelling easier. Super close to the market, which wasn't nearly as over priced as we thought it would be, as well as being right in the town of Telluride. The three bathrooms made it very easy for 6 of us to get ready for the wedding we were there for. The owner was also very accommodating with our check in/out.

The house is really kept up and looks amazing!

The house was super well equipped and had everything that you can possibly imagine. The decor is also very nice looking. The rental is pretty close to town so we walked to get groceries and walked every morning to get coffee. It is also next to the river so our family would take refreshing walks by the river at night to the gondola (which was FREE!). The only complaint that I had was that there was no A/C, which shouldn't be a problem in the winter, but during the summer it did get a little warm. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Mountain Film 2016

I stayed at this condo with friends for Mtn Film 2016. The condo is well stocked with linen, bathroom supplies and kitchen utensils. The place was very clean and exactly as represented. Quiet building with only a few other units. Convenient location by bus stop stop, river trails and market. I would definitely stay here again.
