Este apartamento del primer piso está situado en un complejo tranquilo bien establecido, a las afueras del casco antiguo de Albufeira, y ofrece unas fantásticas vacaciones de lujo para familias y golfistas.

La propiedad es espaciosa, con un hall de entrada, un salón de planta abierta y un comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, dos habitaciones dobles, dos baños y tres terrazas, que incluyen un balcón privado con área de barbacoa. En el lugar hay una gran piscina comunitaria, piscina para niños, canchas de tenis y estacionamiento privado, además de jardines bien mantenidos. La playa de arena dorada más cercana está a solo 20 minutos a pie. Grandes centros comerciales, restaurantes, bares, comida para llevar y cibercafés están a poca distancia a pie.

El apartamento está equipado con una cámara de seguridad, aire acondicionado y está amueblado con un estándar muy alto para garantizar un ambiente confortable.

A nice place for holidays

The apartment is so huge and quite. 15 min walking to downtown and the beach. Quite swimming pool. Perfect place for resting.

Family holiday

Very spacious apartment, we all enjoyed ourselves but urgently needs new chairs on the balcony we had to use the kitchen chairs as they were unstable and one broke as I was sat on it. Air conditioning not working in one of the bedrooms. Most of the dishes need replacing as chipped.

Lovely apartment - would recommend.

Great trouble free stay at this apartment. Received info pack the week before with really comprehensive instructions. Note, there is a fee to pay for the key to be handed over. This was not made clear until after booking. On arrival a call to the house keeper was simple and we was met at the apartment and shown around. The apartment was as described with a few issues that didn’t affect our stay. Safe does not work. Air con in one bedroom does not work and the towels are tiny. Other than that, all good. Pool area great with 4 sun beds to use. Location is quiet and the building felt secure.

Just back from our brilliant holiday. The apartment is huge with lots of space in the bedrooms for clothes. Two bathrooms was a bonus. The pool is large but very cold! There are 4 dedicated sun beds so no need to get up at 5am to reserve! The location was perfect, two minutes walk to McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King and Pizza Hut, cafes and shops. There are 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to the old town and about 20 minutes to the strip. The meet and greet was seamless and communication with the management company was also very good. There’s a washing machine which was handy for washing towels etc. the old town was lots of fun and had lots of entertainment for all ages. The only thing I would say that could be improved was the beds, they’re not very comfortable but it wasn’t a big issue. The pool was never very busy, some days we had it to ourselves. The beach is lovely with lots of water sports and sun beds for hire. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this again as we had a great time.

Apartmento muito simpatico e boa localização

Um apartamento muito simpático e espaçoso. A localização é excelente, mesmo no centro de Albufeira mas longe o suficiente da confusão. A decoração é simples mas agradável. O condomínio também tem uma área agradável e calma com piscina e um parque infantil para as crianças.

Tres bon emplacement, proche du centre-ville, de tous les commerces...la plage est à 10-15 minutes à pied L appartement et la résidence avec sa piscine sont vraiment très bien Deux bemols....impossible de regarder la tv, même un dessin animé, car ca beug tout le temps...il n y a pas de box mais seul un routeur ce qui n est pas suffisant Second bémol...la communication mais heureusement le monsieur qui nous remet et vraiment tres sympathique et toujours pret à nous aider ( ah oui attention en plus du prix de la location il faut verser 25e en espèces pour récupérer les clés) Se

What an amazing holiday!

This has to be the largest, best equipped holiday apartment we've ever stayed in. You won't regret staying here! There is nothing more you could need. It has speedy Wifi and aircon. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. Communication with the housekeeper was great, we were met as agreed and shown around the apartment and how things work. The apartment is easy to find, ample parking is available outside. The location for us was perfect. Between the old and new towns 15 mins walk to old town and maybe 22 mins walk to new town. Less than 15 mins walk to the beach. The best thing is the pool area, it's big and the gardens so beautiful and well maintained and you have four sun loungers locked up only for your use. We had a brilliant stay!

Bel appartement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, il est très bien placé ( 10mn à pied de la plage et du strip) et fonctionnel. Faites attention cependant la remise des clefs est payante ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce. Le seul bémol est que nous n'avons pas trouvé de balai, serpillière, mouchoirs et très peu de produit ménager sur place, nous avons dû acheter tout cela par nous même. La propriété est superbe et bien entretenu je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Hi, Thanks for your review, as we prefer feedback so we can improve our service. The Key release fee is stated in the terms and conditions. on the clearing products it looks like we can improve a bit and provide more, but just bear in mind that it is a self catering. if we provide more the cost would increase, it about getting the right balance.

Etat de l'appartement limite, à rafraîchir, literie moyenne, ustensiles de cuisine au minimum, climatisation non à volonté, plus de WiFi en cours de séjour ... Communication non conviviale de la part du propriétaire et du gardien. La remise des clés est payante. Dommage car l'appartement dans l'ensemble est agréable avec grande terrasse, calme et bien située. La superficie n'est pas de 120 m2 mais inférieure.

This customer, has been in correct with this review, due to being dus host with the amount of people that was staying in the apartment, due to being found out by the house keeper. i would not recommend renting to this customer again.

Great Apartment

Family of 4 with two teenagers 25th July - 8th August Just returned from this Apartment and had a great time its about a 15 minutes walk to the old town and 20 minutes to the strip we tended to walk down and at night get a taxi back. there are some restaurants and bars nearby which are good we went to the sports bar around the corner quiet a lot good bar food at a great price and a pint of beer was 1.70 euros. a word of warning down the main strip and old town drinking can be expensive at night time but happy hours during the day. The apartment is very spacious plenty of room for 4 and the balcony is a good size with table 6 chairs where we had all our meals etc and a BBQ which we used a good few times. There is everything you need in the apartment and its bright and very clean. The pool area is great and the pool is a good size you have private sun beds with the apartment so no missing out and the pool only got busy on one weekend but was still quieter than a hotel. All in all I would recommend this apartment you wont be disappointed. Tip: we hired a car for the second week of our holiday but should have pre booked one for the whole vacation there are some lovely places to visit on the Algarve. Any Questions please ask David

Relaxing Holiday

Lovely! That is the perfect description of this apartment, clean, spacious, fresh air, easy access, well equipped with lots of toys if you have small children and swimming stuff. But I would like to extend a big Thank you for the owner of this apartment. Nigel who guided me on planning this holiday. Thank you! The whole week of our stay was really enjoyed by my son in the pool, he was the happiest boy! The pool doesn't go very busy so we can stay as long as we want, the playground is a plus plus and we don't have to to further to take our son for a walk and run. We walked around the area with out the buggy though Nigel the owner provided us one. We love the location itself beautiful complex! The photos does not justify the place you have to pack your stuff stay in this apartment and experience what relaxing holiday is. It is literally behind McDonald's, Go up the hill on the right and there is a daily Market if you want to get a fresh catch of fish, vegetables and fruit section at the other side, down the hill is Mcd's, across is the tourist train, which my son enjoyed it a lot, we have to take him twice a day morning and afternoon, shopping for food is just across the main road. During our stay we were fortunate to see the Fishermen's beach festival, a nice walk down to Old town on the escalator in the afternoon and we joined the locals having a feast on the local food, with a concert going on. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends! Also credits to Karon and Rachel! very friendly care takers!

Home from home

My husband and I stayed at this apartment in June 2009. It is extremely spacious with all the necesssary facilities for a very comfortable stay. The apartment was also spotlessly clean and with a private locked doorway to the main blocks, felt very secure. The owner is very friendly and will email through a detailed information pack to help you during your stay. He will also give you the number of a local contact should you have any problems. The apartment is approximately 20 mins from from the beach and old town which makes for a pleasant stroll in the sun. The large "Modelo" supermarket is just 5 mins walk away. There are some really nice restaurants in the old town - "Za-Za" is lovely if you enjoy Asian fusion and healthy cooking. It is opposite the "Atrium" and "Bank" bars. A fantastic restaurant called "Grandmother's House" or "casa da avo" is on the back street down to the Old town (rua do M.F.A.97). The service and food there is what you would expect in the best restaurants back home but priced moderately. You will need to book a few days in advance though if you want a table. I would highly recommend Albufeira old town and this apartment. The strip or Montechoro area of Albufeira is better suited for teens and those in their very early 20's who want to party all night. If this isn't for you, best not go there!!

Apartment in Albufeira, Nr Old Town

We booked this apartment, easter 2009 through Jackie and Tony who manage the apartment, they were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, we were met at the apartment by them and received a lovely welcome pack. the apartment itself was one of the best we have been in, 2 bed, 2 bathrooms, immaculate condition and very spacious. the complex and pool were kept immaculate. The only slight downside is that the apartment is a good walk to the old town, up hill coming back. We will definietely be booking with Jackie and Tony again.
