Esta casa recientemente remodelado cuenta con un gran plan de piso abierto con áreas separadas de la familia, una terraza de la piscina vista frente con orientación al sur, electrodomésticos gourmet, de piso a techo ventanas, altísimos techos de 11 pies y amplias habitaciones.

A perfect house with pool and a view

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful house and spent a lot of time at the pool area. The pool is solar-heated and quite deep at one end so you can jump into it without touching the ground. Our kids (7 & 12) loved it. The outside area is protected from three sides so even if it is windy at the beach, it is nice and warm here. Still you can choose between sunny spots and shade. The inside of the house is just as great as the outside area. Stylish furnitures, comfortable beds and a kitchen with all the equipment you could ask for. Communication with Nadine was easy, friendly and quick and we can definately recommend this place and would love to come back.

The one!

We were lucky enough to book this house and it was incredible. The location is close enough to everything the city has to offer, but far enough to feel like you are away from it all. The hosts could not have been more hospitable, kind, and gracious. They were always a text or call away if we had any questions. The property itself is amazing. The view from the deck and pool is unbeatable with nightly fireworks across the bay and a constant daytime show of hummingbirds. The architecture is wonderful and the decor is thoughtfully curated to fit the style of the home. Every room has a story to tell. The kitchen has a lifting window that opens to the pool and deck letting the breeze in during the cool San Diego days. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a big family and the master has a huge bathroom and its own sliding glass door to the pool and deck. This home and hosts set a new standard for our family and we will happily be booking it again when in San Diego.

Beautiful architectural home with epic views

If you admire modernist mid-century architecture and design, then this rental is a dream come true. The spacious post and beam home is beautifully maintained with key updates (new kitchen cabinets and appliances, NEST AC, solar heated pool and app controlled spa, etc.). The home has an ideal layout for privacy and group time. The owner is very communicative and thoughtful. The outdoor patio spaces with comfortable seating and warm pool with expansive views of the city made this a five-plus star stay. Hoping to return next summer!

The property is better than Advertised! Beautifully cared for home. Decorated in an artistic and tasteful manner. Perfectly cleaned and kept. Owner is really responsive to any questions or concerns. Five star!!!!

Wonderful house with great host!!!

This house was just perfect for our vacation in San Diego!! The beautiful view from the back deck was amazing especially at night. The pool was refreshing and the fire pit table was great for making s’mores. All the rooms were very spacious. Our host, Nadine was easy to communicate with and was happy to answer any questions we had. I hope we can stay at her house again the next time we are in San Diego. Thanks again Nadine!!

The perfect family vacation home

And we truly felt at home the minute we walked through the door. The house and location were great for our vacation. We are a family of 6 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space to either spread out or all be together. The house is 20 minutes to everything. The owners were extremely attentive to every detail both before our stay and during. The view is amazing and we spent a lot of time on the patio by the pool. We'd love to stay again sometime!

Paradise Valley Family

This house is amazing. We have rented homes on VRBO for over 15 years and are very selective as to where we chose to stay. It has an amazing view and we watched the fireworks every night from SeaWorld. The house is immaculate and very clean. We loved the home and pool so much that we rarely left this awesome home. The owners were very nice and so attentive to anything that we needed. The blender was not working and they ordered a new one from Amazon and we had it the next day! A friend of the owners dropped their Blender off for us the same day so that we could use until the new one arrived. I am in the customer service business and very hard to please! I would stay here again and would recommend this home to all of my friends too1

Wonderful house, location, owners, and view

This place was perfect for our family vacation. Owners are great to deal with - they are extremely responsive and added lots of nice personal touches to make your stay nice! The house itself is nice and roomy - we had 7 adults and 2 kids and it was great. Owners have great taste in their decorating. The view is just amazing and bonus was seeing the SeaWorld fireworks - we thought they'd be farther away than they were. It's in a great central location - close to Pacific and Mission Beach and easy to get to LaJolla and downtown. We will be keeping the owners info to hopefully come back one day!

Inviting Home. Perfect Location.

Can't decide if home was more perfect or experience of dealing with homeowners was the best part but this gorgeous home has everything you could need. Location is ideal to be close enough to all attractions but tucked away in a great neighbourhood. Stayed with three generations and all had everything they needed. It was the definition of a perfect holiday.

Family Vacation

Fantastic family vacation! Great location, lots of space for my entire family, very well stocked with towels, linen, kitchen supplies. Owners were a pleasure to deal with and genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we could need. We went to San Diego to see all the attractions, but missed out on several because we were content to stay at the house enjoying the pool and view. We would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking to spend some time in the San Diego area.
