Esta es una de nuestras cuatro encantadoras vacaciones en dúplex en el área de Beach Colony en Old Del Mar, a solo dos minutos a pie de la playa en una tranquila calle sin salida. Cada unidad tiene capacidad para cuatro personas cómodamente, e incluye un espacio de garaje, un espacio de entrada y un patio privado. ¡Sillas de playa, juguetes y carros te esperan en el garaje! Alquile nuestros cruceros de playa si desea deshacerse del automóvil por completo o añada a sus opciones.

Adorable cottage in a great location

Every detail of this small cottage has been thoughtfully imagined and executed. It is extremely well kept, clean and tasteful. The location is excellent being a short walk to the amazing Del Mar beach. Also within walking distance of great restaurants and facilities in Del Mar village. Beach Haus Rentals are very responsive and clearly manage the property in a very professional way. Just two of us stayed at Seahorse Cottage. The property would be perfect for a family of four with children. I think it would feel small for two adult couples. We would not hesitate in booking another stay here.

Perfect beach house with AMAZING hosts

Amazing location literally steps from the beach, and also a close walk to our favorite dog beach. House was spotless, super cute and. had everything we needed and more. Aside from that, which is really already enough for us to rebook - the hosts were amazing. Amazing communication before and throughout. We managed to somehow lock ourselves out of the bathroom and they came over right away to help us. We also forgot my son’s stuffy, and they offered to mail it back to us free of charge. A truly excellent experience from beginning to end! Don’t hesitate - just book! You’ll be glad you did!

Two minutes to beach, and immaculate

I’ve stayed at dozens of rentals, and this is among my favorites. Beautifully equipped, exceptionally clean. Design-wise, imagine the sample rooms at IKEA. Not everyone’s taste, but it happens to be mine. There are beach carts in the garage. Throw in some provided chairs, toys, etc. and you’re on the beach in a few minutes. Yet you’re in a quiet lovely neighborhood. I can’t say anything about the hosts, because I neither had nor needed any human contact. Everything was meticulously labeled and easy to understand. Please don’t book this property. I want it to be available for my next rental!

The most perfect stay!

This is our second time renting from Beachhaus and it did not disappoint. Seahorse Cottage was the perfect place to stay for my daughter and I for a long girls weekend. Parking was easy, effortless check in, and so close to the beach. The home had everything we needed, super clean and very organized. Beds were super comfortable and the home was very quiet. We will definitely be coming back as this was such a better option than a hotel that we usually do for a short trip. Absolutely loved it!! Thank you!!

Perfect Place for Dogs!

The cottage has absolutely everything you could possibly want, including a lovely backyard and patio. It is a 10-minute walk to the Del Mar Dog Beach, making it ideal for staying with pets. AND there are two parking slots -- very rare this close to the beach. We loved it and will be back!!

Perfect beach cottage!

Great location with an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The cottage is nicely decorated and well-appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable. It was very clean and the beds have the most comfortable mattress and linens. The back yard is beautiful with tall plants all around providing absolute privacy. The grassy area was perfect for our dog to run around. Unfortunately, we had car trouble the day before we were to check out. Since we were driving through the desert to get back to Phoenix we were hesitant to drive home without having a mechanic look at it. I texted Beachaus to see if we could extend our stay but the Seahorse cottage was already booked. However, they found us another unit nearby that was available and we were able to go directly there when we checked out. They turned a stressful situation into a blessing and saved our trip! We will definitely be coming back to this cottage and using Beachaus for all of our beach vacations!

Perfect Space

My husband, my 18 month old son and I stayed here for the weekend. Everything was perfect and everything we needed was there. We didn't have the opportunity to make it to the beach but the number of extras in the garage to use was quite frankly impressive, and super organized (like everything else in the home). The internet worked great. The kitchen appliances were super clean. Additionally, the owners are very responsive. The private outdoor space is a super nice plus and the washer and dryer. Last but not least, great location for Del Mar and Solana Beach. Even San Diego (we did the zoo) was only about a 40 min drive on a Sunday afternoon. I would 100% recommend staying here and hope we get to again. Thank you!!

Dog Friendly and close to the Dog Beach!

I selected this property specifically for its proximity to the dog beach. I was visiting family and travel with my dog so I wanted him to be able to enjoy the beach as well. The off-leash dog beach is within walking distance of the cottage. The cottage has a fully fenced back yard and a hose to rinse my dog off after the beach and a small deck for him to dry off on. The cottage was charming and comfortable. If you are noise sensitive, you can here the light rail occasionally. We had a super nice stay and would definitely consider staying again.

Loved this place so much. It has a wonderful beach bungalow vibe. Very clean. The back patio and yard were well kept and relaxing. Location was awesome! Owners responded within minutes with any questions we had. I hope we can stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Wonderful location!

This is a perfect location for the beach at Del Mar, while the place is very small, it is perfect for a small family or a couple. I stayed with my adult son during the stay and the living area is small with a small couch and one chair. So there is not much space but the location is perfect-hence the 4 star rating, as another chair would be nice:)
