Este condominio luminoso y luminoso de dos habitaciones acaba de ser completamente remodelado. Ubicada en el Solana Beach and Tennis Club, esta excelente ubicación en el último piso en un edificio con elevador ofrece vistas del hermoso paisaje, así como una hermosa vista del Océano Pacífico desde la sala de estar y las dos habitaciones. Beach Retreat

We just love staying at this property. The natural light is fantastic and the views are top notch. The beds are very comfortable and we love the master shower. You can't go wrong staying here.

We had an amazing stay. The apartment is even better and bigger in person than on the photographs. There are ocean views from each bedroom and the living room, and you can hear the calming sounds of the ocean from each room. It is really well stocked including the kitchen with everything you need and more, it also has beach chairs. The location is fantastic, it is a 2 minute walk down to the beach, a one minute walk to the pool, and you exit out of the apartment blocks onto one of the main connecting streets in Solana Beach. There's also underground parking. One thing to note is there are a lot of steps down to the beach, however, you can access it further down the street also. The rental agency were so helpful, they supplied us with tennis racquets and balls, bodyboards, and more beach chairs. We were so sad to leave but will definitely be back!! Thank you to the owners of this lovely home.

Great Property - Great Views!

The property was very easy and stocked well, although most appliances and utensils were very old. Although Stubbs was great and brought us a new coffee maker and new blender, no questions asked. Overall, we loved the location and the views were exceptional!

Just What We Were Looking For

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental experience was exactly what we were looking for when planning a vacation to the San Diego area. We wanted a relaxing place to stay that allowed us to access the beach, views of the beach and ocean from the unit, Legoland, San Diego Zoo and USS Midway aircraft carrier. We wanted space to live unlike a hotel and the flexibility to just stay at the rental for a day if we wanted. Easy beach access. Access to the Solana Beach train station so you did not have to drive down to San Diego if you did not want to when visiting sites. As mentioned in other reviews, the rental did have small ant issues in the kitchen. Having dealt with this situation before as a homeowner, it's not something you want to deal with on vacation but it was not a deal breaker for us. We would have no problem staying here again in the future. Rental staff were great and appreciated text message updates.

Great Location and Unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and location was great...steps to ocean as well as the tennis courts. We wish check in and check out were remote rather than at office. Some dated & rusted light fixtures found but property manager was prompt to remedy. Layout with the ocean view from all rooms and decks was fantastic. Kitchen very comfortable for cooking and making meals. One item we'd suggest is an electric hot water kettle for tea drinkers...although we did find an old hot-shot hot-water maker, that sufficed. Thanks for offering this great property...we will probably book again in future.

The unit was generally clean but the travertine floors (especially in the kitchen) are in need of a deep steam clean. This would enhance the overall impression of the unit. Some of the small appliances (toaster and coffee maker) could be replaced. With a little spruce up this unit would be a fantastic vacation destination!

Disappointed

Property wasn't clean. Was closed up and smelled. Furniture and decor was worn, rusty and old. Furniture off master bedroom deck was so rusted was afraid to sit on it. Deck/patio furniture had mold on it and area was not clean or inviting to sit on. Location of unit in Solana Beach was fabulous, Beach was amazing and resort parking was awesome. Owners need to clean and update unit! Was disappointed in the cost for a week with condition of the Condo.

Wonderful Solana beach

We are 60 something’s. I came with my brother for a family reunion. It’s a very nice condo. I have stayed in four different units at Solana beach and tennis club. Usually we stay oceanfront but as I booked late this year there were none available. So I was kind of not looking forward to staying in a back unit. But this one was very nice. There is a view of the ocean, a small view of the waves breaking and full view of the beautiful horizon and sunsets. So it did not disappoint. The unit is very comfortable, primary bed awesome. . My only complaint would be the twin beds in the second bedroom. They are very hard. My brother stayed there and said it was “fine” but I sat on one and would not have wanted to sleep on it. I suppose for kids it would be alright. All in all a great stay. My only other comment is they have keys to enter the unit. Most of the other condos have a keyless system which is more convenient. That’s a small point, no big deal.

The only negative was that we thought it was a non smoking unit but found butts in the garbage can. And that pail looked like it wasnt cleaned in some time. We will be sure to ask for a non smoking unit if possible. Also there were some ants on the couch and in the bed on me.

Wonderful stay

The beach is fantastic , quiet and great for walking. We did not use the stairs down as both my husband and I have bad knees. It was easy to walk to Fletcher park and access the beach via a ramp with no stairs. Elevator was close to condo. I was disappointed there was not an east facing deck as all of the other condos had. Also most of the cooking pans were not suitable to cook with peeling Teflon , non stick Coating . There were 2 cooking pots that were useable. There were plenty of dishes, glassware and baking pans. I liked the area .. restaurants within walking and grocery store a short drive . Check in after hours was easy and Stubbs gave great directions . We would book again.

Buyer beware of this place!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The interior of this condo looks nothing like this. The carpet is Warren, torn and stained. The furniture is beat up and couch and cushions smell bad. The outside balcony does not really have a table that seats three. It has a tall table that only two can sit at. The paint is chipped and peeling, and the walls are stained. I was so embarrassed when people came to visit that I had rented such a dilapidated condo. You was lovely and there was a nice big TV not shown in this picture. There were layers of dust under the furniture and on top of the cupboards. I never saw such dirty fans.

Epic 10 days in Solana Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited for work from home for a few days and family vacation, combo trip. The location, size, comfort and amenities were perfect. Easy walk to the beach and coffee shops/shopping. We slept with the doors & windows open to enjoy the breeze and ocean waves. It's a calm and quiet spot. The condo is a really great size and layout. It was also SO well stocked. Couple things could be replaced or upgraded but overall it was clean and cozy (loved the books and games). Really comfortable beds and great workspace in master. Easy drive into San Diego to go to zoo and we took the coaster from Solana beach station to downtown. We had a great time! We also rented beach cruisers and rode up to Encinitas and stopped in Cardiff for brewery/shopping. We would definitely stay here again. Stubbs was so accommodating and friendly as well. Thank you!

Great View from the deck.

King bed (comfortable) and 2 twins. Elevator to reach the parking garage is close. Condo within walking distance of the Lagoon/Nature trails, restaurants, walking and biking path. Easy access to I-5. Stubbs was very responsive when needed. We had a great stay and will come back.
