Linda, the host, responded to any inquiries I had promptly. Her place is as lovely as the pictures show, right on the beach, and on the bus line. The beds and pillows were a dream to sleep on. The kitchen cupboards were filled filled with everything you could possibly need. I would very much enjoy visiting Linda‘s place in the future!

The views were spectacular. The dinning table was huge and had plenty of space for dinners with the family. Bedrooms were spacious. Any questions we had were answered and resolved quickly. Grocery store was close and within walking distance. There were food options near the grocery store as well. Linda was helpful with transportation options and great to work with.

Terrific place on the beach. Very spacious and comfortable home within walking distance of restaurants and markets. Very enjoyable stay and the host, Linda, could not have been more responsive and accommodating.

Fabulous Vacation

This property was everything we were looking for. My husband and I went with another couple. There was plenty of space to be together or to separate if you wanted. Condo was very comfortable and cozy. The location in the complex was one of the best! Beach views from every balcony and short walk to all of the pools. Beach is just beyond the pool area. Security is always in the vicinity, which was nice to know that they are looking out for you. Although, we walked to the malls and many restaurants and always felt safe. Linda was always available with anything we needed and prompt to take care of things. The rest of the staff at Villas Marlin always went above and beyond. Plenty of towels and beds were very comfortable! If you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere do not hesitate to jive this property a try.

Great place and location

This condo is in a great location and is very nice. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had and very helpful. We would highly recommend this place and will stay again if we go back to Cancun with our family.

The place is even better than the pictures! Linda was very responsive. The location is centrally located to everything you need! The grocery store in the mall across the street is just a 3 minute walk, pharmacy and convenience store 2 minutes away. Excellent restaurants ! Linda provided great recommendations! Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent Stay

Not necessary to repeat what positives others have to say about the property - we agree with them. We have been staying in Cancun for over 15 years and know the area well. This property is uniquely placed for all our needs in easy walking distance!Highly recommend for anyone staying in the hotel zone! Linda was also very prompt with any questions we had even though it was a busy time for her.

Great visit - loved the condo!

The condo has a great location, both to the pool and beach, but also to the mall. We walked across the street every day to the Soriana grocery store....or down the street to places to each. The beach is fantastic, and the pool area beautiful. The refridgerator went out before we arrived, but the owner made arrangements quickly.

Wonderful location and plenty of room for everyone

This place is so convenient to the grocery store and mall as well as restaurants. The pool is directly behind the condo and the beach right behind it. We can’t wait to return.

Awesome condo on the beach

We had such an enjoyable stay. This condo is very clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. All the beds were comfortable. The showers had good water pressure, an important thing for us thick haired people. The A/C worked well throughout. Electricity turns off when you leave the condo. I was worried about how hot it would be after being gone all day but it did cool down nicely and fairly quick. They also have provided things to use like an ample amount of beach towels, several coolers to use, some boogie boards, air mattresses, and some small things for children to play with in the sand. They also provide drinking water. The beach is beautiful and we were not bothered by people trying to sell things constantly, which can be a problem at some beaches. Beach lounge chairs are available to use for free at the beach in front of the condo. There is a convenience store next to the condominium. The bus stop is a 2 min walk and there are several restaurants just across the street from that. There was excellent communication with the owners. We did have a small issue that was taken care of immediately. I will be booking this condo again in the future!

View and location amazing

Although the view and location are amazing, the condo needs to be updated. Electrical outlets in master needs attention, tinted film on sliding glass doors in living areas needs replaced, horrible to look through. No mirror in 3rd bedroom, and no bedside outlets. Consider providing toilet paper or at least informing clients, had I known I would have bought some on our first trip to the store, customer service would have gone a long way on this topic. Also, if you provide towels to start outline the replacement process had I not scheduled a midweek cleaning we would have had the same towels for the entire trip, no communication for this process. Kitchen and kitchen supplies were good. Linda was responsive to our questions and requests.

Great location with a beautiful view

This condo is perfect, pool view and beach view it’s within steps of pool and beach. Close to bus stops, grocery store small mall and pharmacy. Catch a bus to many restaurants for only 12 pesos per person. It’s great for families with the pool and beach access being so close.

Relaxing Stay

Great property and location. We were looking for a relaxing stay away from the crowded resorts and this property delivered. Numerous restaurants nearby plus the market provided everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful location

Properly is just as described. The view is phenomenal from almost anywhere in the unit. The bus stop right outfront, was easy and safe. Great response from the host whenever we had a question. It was pretty clean but the floors could have used a bit more thorough cleaning and the towels/sheets had a few permanent small stains. The biggest down fall for me was that you are not able to leave the AC turned on, when not inside the rental. We had an asthmatic in our group and it was difficult to wait out the time it took to recool the condo during 90 degree temps when we had been gone for a few hrs. If not for that, i would definitely return to this location

The property is very spacious for 6 adults. Bedrooms are big and airy. Bathrooms are clean and roomy. We use the kitchen a lot for breakfast and suppers. The living room is very relaxing for movies. The dinner table is so big to have big meals everyday. Location is excellent for shopping and taking buses around town. I like the property most is the view, a beautiful blue ocean right in front of your eyes. We have ocean view in our bedrooms, dinning room and living room. We just walk down to the pool and beach in a minute. The 24 hours security security management does make us feel safe. We enjoy every moment in cancun. We surely stay in a right place. Thanks Linda. stunning views and true Mexican charm

My husband and I have stayed in this complex before and this unit has the best views in the entire place!! There are two double wide outdoor spaces also, one off the bedrooms and one off the living and dining rooms. The host is terrific with communication and helpful with transportation and tours and recommendations on where to eat. The villa itself is roomy and has very comfortable furniture and good beach towels and bath towels. She also has left games like jenga and cards and dominoes and a beach umbrella and boogie boards. There is a full size fridge, oven/range, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender, etc. and she provided a 5 gallon water jug for our use. Location is great, there is a grocery store in a mall directly across the street, a convenience store next door, and a coffee shop/bar inside the complex. A short walk will get you to lots of good restaurants and a big outdoor shopping mall(La Isla). There is also an inroom safe and blow dryers and soap. The only thing I would recommend is bringing a night life for bathroom trips in the middle of the night. I would definitely recommend this villa, it will not disappoint

This villa was perfect for our family of 4. Its location was ideal with the beautiful private beach, grocery store, restaurants, and everything we needed within walking distance. The complex was well maintained and with 24-hour security, we felt very safe. The king beds and room-controlled AC kept us super comfy. While you may find other properties the accent the beauty of Cancun, you would be hard pressed to find a host as fantastic as Linda. She had great recommendations on transport, dining, excursions, and went above and beyond to make our trip the best. We can't wait to return!!!!

Best Location Ever!

From start to finish my communication with Linda was amazing, she was so on top of things and answered all my questions and concerns. We had a wonderful time and made some great family memories in Cancun. Your villa was perfect for us and I'm so glad I chose you. I couldn't imagine a better location for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

Our family of 5 spent 10 days here over Christmas. This is a wonderful property- the location couldn’t be better! The beach is steps away, the grocery store just across the street. The bus stop is 1 short block away and we took advantage of that almost daily! Everything we needed for cooking was in the well-stocked kitchen. The beds were super comfortable- loved falling asleep and waking to the sound of the waves breaking! Linda quickly responded to any questions we had and took care of any problems (minor) that arose. Highly recommend this spacious and beautiful place!

Super location, good restaurants nearby, using city bus was easy!

We asked for an extra key since there were three of us. Linda was very responsive. The restaurants were great that Linda recommended and having the plaza and a full grocery store was really fabulous. Loved walking on the beach in the morning. The pool and property were very clean, security folks were friendly. Couldn't have been better!

There is some truth to the saying that water brings serenity. I love sitting in my balcony watching the Ocean listening to the waves. I have been coming here since my oldest son was 6 months old. It is a great place for kids as it is for adults. It truly is paradise!

The location is great, surrounded by magnificent restaurants and shopping centers. The beach is one of the best if not the best in Cancun! Three doors down from the Ritz. Across the street from an upscale supermarket. (Like Whole Foods)
