As of Today Sept 25 our BEACH IS CLEAN NO SEAWEED......Welcome to our Paradise. We have been hosting for the last 12 years and have 3 other beautiful beach front properties in this location, check property numbers 335451, 902358 and 3921524.
This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Cancun's Hotel Zone in Kilometer 11.5, it is very spacious with 2,150 sq ft or 200 M2 of living space, 3 bedrooms each with a full bath, living, dining room, laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, free WIFI internet (bring your laptop), TV with NETFLIX, a balcony and patio with a charcoal BBQ facing the beach, parking for one car (however a car is not needed) a swimming pool within 5 steps away from our glorious blue turquoise beach.
IF you are coming to have dental work at Cancun Dental Specialists CDS we are across the street, very convenient, for an additional fee we offer transportation from the airport.
We have loungers and beach umbrellas.
We are a family place, no spring or summer breakers, visitors are not allowed.

Brisas del Caribe is a low rise (3 Stories)building with only 12 units.
Activities all around include: Golf, Water Sports, Movies, Restaurants, Nightlife, Tours to Chichen Itza, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel and many more,
We have a mini-market,across the street where you can buy snacks, milk and other essentials, pharmacy, restaurants, the supermarket is only 1.5 miles from the apartments, the bus system is excellent and there is no need to rent a car however if you choose to do so we have parking available..

Annabel our host made sure everything was organized for us- airport transportation with Carlos who was amazing. The on site staff Estevan and Alberto were welcoming and so helpful. The location is excellent, beach beautiful, public transportation so convenient. The condo is very spacious with excellent views. Some upgrades would get this to 5 star- such as furnishings and bathroom upgrades. Overall a very good experience with a great host,

Beach view and location are super. There are days when there was no one within 50 metres of us !. Super responsive host. Minor maintenance things were addressed immediately. Interior furnishings are a little dated, but the space is huge and each bedroom has its own ensuite and lots of closet and living space to spread out. All appliances worked fine. Beach is a simple walk down one flight of stairs.. Would stay again !

Hello Michelle, we are glad you had a restful holiday while staying with us, yes we are upgrading one of the apartments. May is considered low season and we try to do the maintenance work on the slow months, we have a great beach in front of us and want all apartments in the condo complex to look great and offer our guests a great stay. Beautiful Cancun

This property is located on a beautiful stretch of beach. Condo was absolutely lovely. There is a drug store and convenience store directly across the street. The most amazing part of it all is everyone there treats you like family! Could not say enough. Highly recommended!

Best beach access

This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo was perfect for my family who needed a quiet, spacious place. It was very clean & no bugs! We were met by the nicest people & could not have felt more welcome. It is located between some pretty big resorts but no one bugs you. The restaurant right outside was decent but Tacos Villains 800 feet away was the best! My only problem not a problem were the grocery stores were kind of a pain to get to just because you have to get on the bus. Overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Have the best of both worlds we are in a quiet part of the hotel zone and at the same time within walking distance to many restaurants and the best shopping malls in the hotel zone, public transportation is excellent, no need to rent a car and our place is very quiet and safe.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our properties are just right by the beach, walk down a few steps from the apartment and you are in the sand, during turtle season which starts in May thru September the big Mamas come and lay their eggs right below our balconies.
