Quinta del Sol es un complejo de condominios frente a la playa de lujo situado en la esmeralda espectacular agua clara de Fátima Bay en la exclusiva comunidad privada de Puerto Aventuras.

Unidad 216 es una unidad de 2 dormitorios y 3 baños, con techos altos de ladrillo en forma de cúpula y se carga con todas las comodidades de lujo, como 3 televisores de pantalla plana, cada uno con (canales estadounidenses, canadienses (Inglés y Francés)) CD / DVD y servicio de satélite, nevera de acero inoxidable con la máquina de agua purificada, un lavavajillas, lavadora / secadora, y mucho más! Todas las habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo. Ver y escuchar el mar y disfrutar de las increíbles vistas a la piscina desde su sala de estar, dormitorio principal y terraza.

La casa hermosa y espaciosa, está decorado en un estilo cómodo y contemporáneo. La cocina está totalmente equipada, ideal para comer en casa en la comodidad. Hay 2 taburetes de la barra en el mostrador de la cocina y una mesa de comedor para seis personas.

La suite principal suntuosa con baño en suite baño con bañera / ducha, tiene una cama king size y caminar de salida a la gran terraza. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama king size. También hay una tercera habitación más pequeña con una cama de tamaño completo. Desde el salón grande y muy cómoda, puede retirarse a la amplia terraza privada para la relajación pura o simplemente bajar y disfrutar de la increíble piscina de diseño arquitectónico o en la impresionante y prístina playa bordeada de palma. El arrecife poco profundo con peces de colores invita a los buceadores para explorar.

Amazing Place to Relax and unwind

We loved our four weeks at Laurianne and Serge’s beautiful apartment. Highlights of our visit included enjoying the spacious ocean/pool view balcony, proximity to the beach/swimming/snorkelling and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We had everything we needed. We had excellent communication with the owners and no problems with our arrival and departure. We shopped for groceries at the large Chedraui across the highway (short walk there and taxi home) and enjoyed the delicious fruits and veggies at the local market on Wed and Sat (near Pampa restaurant). Lots of great restaurants within a short walking distance. Thanks again for such a great vacation and we would love to stay again.

Winter getaway.

Unfortunately for the preparation of our stay the previous residents would not vacate the premises to allow the maid to prepare the apartment for us. The floor was dirty and I had to clean it. There was a double load of wet towels in the dryer that I had to fold and put away. Oscar was very sympathetic to our situation and solved a couple of issues for us. As previously stated this was not entirely the fault of the maid or owner. The property is beautifully maintained, right on the beach, the staff were very friendly and helpful. If I were planning on coming back to Mexico I would stay at Quinta Del Sol again. Thank you Serge for your hospitality.

Stunning

This is our second time staying at this property in two different condos. This one is beautiful and well maintained. Only hiccup was trying to get in once we arrived. We read a previous review that stated there were issues with the lockbox code. I made sure to enquire about this prior to our stay and were assured it was not an issue. Unfortunately, it was still an issue and the code we were supplied by the owner was wrong. A quick call to the building manager and the proper code was supplied. Puerto Aventuras is an absolute gem and is our favourite place to stay now. All of the condos are a mix of vacation rentals and privately owned. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the people are amazing. Everything worked great in the condo and there were no issues with anything. The kitchen supplies are not the best quality but we made do with what was there. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time at Quinta Del Sol. Beautiful beach access. Waking distance to many things. Property manager easy to contact and arrived quickly when we couldn't figure out how to open lock box. Will definitely stay there again!

absolutely no communication with the host

On the day we arrived all the codes to the gate and the apartment were inaccurate. I had to leave a family of 6 waiting by the gate and run around look for a building manager, so he would let us in and give us a code for the gate and the door. Also the TV in each room is just for show. There is WiFi, but The Tvs are not connected to WiFi they are too old. I tried calling both phone numbers that were listed in e-mail with welcome info, and no one picked up or called us back. The room with bunkbeds is the size of a closet and has no storage, But if its for 2 kids, its not too bad. the rest is good and just like on pictures.

December in Puerto Adventuras

Great facility that was perfect for our group. Kitchen was well equipped, furniture was comfy and resort amenities just what we needed to b.v unwind for a week. Back was clean and not at all crowded. We used the kayaks daily as well as the pools. Oscar was very helpful. Much better being right on the beach as last time in Puerto Adventuras wwe stayed on the golf course. We'll definately be back.

Not What We Expected

Unfortunately, our stay was not what we had expected. First, there were no directions on what to say in order to get through the guard shack. Every time we went through, we had a difficult time trying to get them to understand where we were staying. They do not speak any English. Second, the tv/ satellite didn’t work. This was fixed 4 days later. Third, the washing machine didn’t work. The part had to be ordered. There were bugs on the floor in the living room. The beds and pillows were extremely hard. Lastly and probably worst was the failure to tell us about the sargasso. The sea grass covered the entire beach. There were some efforts to clean it up, but it was smelly and ruined our beach enjoyment. I believe we should have been told about how bad it is. The owners did try to fix the tv and washer in a timely manner. The views would have been amazing without the sargasso. The pool at the front of the property was amazing and saved our trip. If we were to return to Puerto Aventuras, we would not stay at this condo.

Great place to stay

The highlight of our Mexican trip was our stay at Quinta Del Sol. Everything you could want is provided. We especially liked having the washer and dryer, and the supplied purefied water. The beautiful private beach is only a few feet from the condo, and the restaurants of the village are a short walk. We made use of the kayaks several times and enjoyed a snorkel trip from the Puerto Aventuras harbor.

Wonderful Condo at Puerto Aventuras

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. We had a wonderful stay in Mexico and Puerto Aventuras. The condo was beautiful and stocked with everything that we needed while there. The owner was super good to work with and the manager was very helpful while we were there. We stayed with my wife and I and 3 of our kids (16-21 yrs old). You can see a narrow view of the ocean from the porch at the condo. However, a walk of about 100 meters gets you right on the beach. Even though it was spring break and there were crowds everywhere we went in Mexico, the beach at the Condo was not too congested ever. The AC worked awesome. We were able to barbecue on the grill that is provided and the internet was adequate for what we needed (work and play). Thanks!

Beautiful Beach and Grounds

Loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee. It is back nearer to the rear of the property, but you can still get a relaxing view of the ocean and a great view down onto the pool area. We really enjoyed using the kayaks (there are two SUPs also). Make sure to get paddles (and extra drinking water) ahead of time for the weekend as the office closes early on Saturday and isn't open on Sunday. The beach area is great, but there are a lot of rocks directly out in front so make sure to bring water shoes (you can pick some up at the Super Chedarui grocery store if you leave yours at home though). Just down the beach a few minute's walk there is a great sandy area that is protected with a rock sea wall and this is a great place for little kids (and adults) to play in the ocean. Everything worked well in the condo and the washer/dryer were very handy!

Quinta Del Sol is awesome!

Beautiful, well equipped condo in a safe, clean area in a great location with fabulous pools and beach. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. We hope to come back again!

very relaxing.

This condo is spacious and located near the beach and little town. The washer, drier and dishwasher all need to be repaired or replaced, though...so if those things are important to you, you may want to ask about them prior to booking. This community is great for anyone under 13 and over 40. My teenagers were bored.

Perfect Location on Fatima Bay

We had the lovely opportunity to stay here as a family of 4 with a 16 & 11 year old from March 9 to 16, 2017. The condo unit is perfectly located on the second floor, over looking the pools and the sunsets. At night the pool area twinkled. The condo shows exactly as in the pictures, with lots of extra beach towels and cool crisp bed sheets. This is a quiet condo area and perfect for relaxation. All the amenities where there, including beach/pool toys and a great BBQ for cooking up nice Mexican rib eye steaks and enjoying on the balcony. This may sound odd BUT I really appreciated the fridge because the bottle water was hooked up to it. As a result, one would get cool water and excellent crushed ice - all filtered water. The kitchen was perfectly set up to support all cooking if desired. The condo owner's where quick to respond to our 2 minor questions, about Wifi and TV hook up. Much appreciated. In addition, Oscar the on site contact was easy to get a hold of in the office on the main floor. We ran out of water close to the end, and it was replaced in less than 30 minutes for only 35 MX pesos! Quinta de Sol is a lovely community which you will enjoy while renting this great condo unit. Great location close to the marina

We stayed in this condo for 10 days in march. The kitchen appliances and utensils are very dated and well used. They should be updated. Also there are only 2 wine glasses the condo sleeps 5. The beds are very comfortable. The lighting in the bathrooms above the sink needs to be brighter as a woman this is important. The beach towels are thin and worn they also need to be upgraded. They were wet and smelled moldy as they were put away in a closet before they were dry. I had to rewash them. As far as the manager Oscar is concerned he was of zero help as it was difficult to reach him. His hours are few. When we did see him we told him the public bathroom for the pool was out of toilet paper he told us" well then it's out" we said pardon? He said the maid is gone for the day. This was at 1pm. I am not one to complain in fact I never complete reviews but I feel when the owner is informed of these issues they could correct them and have many more happy renters. There also needs to have a bbq brush as there wasnt one that was usable. The fan on the balcony needs to be cleaned at the very least if not replaced it was rusted and felt like it was going to fly off the ceiling. A little tlc goes a long way. The owners are very nice and respond very promptly.

Lovely Place

My husband and I stayed at Marie Josie's place for 6 weeks in Jan/Feb 2017. The condo is very nice and a great size. The beach is steps away and everything is very convenient. Having stayed in MX long term before we particularly enjoyed the water and ice filtered in the refrigerator. Thanks for sharing your awesome place with us!

What a great place!

We were in Puerto Aventuras for my 40th birthday. Marie was very helpful from the very beginning. They provided lots of helpful information about the area, and even connections for a cook. The condo was perfect. There were 7 of us. There was plenty of room! The patio was so nice. We ate all of our meals out there. The condo had everything we needed. The pools were so awesome! Our 3 kids lived in them everyday. This condo is in a perfect location! Close to the town of Puerto Aventuras, and close to all the other areas we wanted to visit. Puerto Aventuras is such a great little place. We absolutely loved it! Very clean, safe and comfortable. One night my mom lost her purse while we were driving home from a restaurant. Someone who works in PA found it and turned it into the security gate house. The head of security brought it to our condo. So awesome! My husband and I are already planning when we can come back to this great property. Definitely recommend this condo. I should also say that we also rented a car for the 15 nights. Well worth it, plus we had no problems at all! We now love Mexico and our 2 boys keep asking when we can go back!

Puerto Aventuras Quinta Del Sol

My family of six stayed in the condo for 13 days over Christmas and found it to be clean and comfortable. We loved snorkeling, beach combing and relaxing in the sun. We rented a car and made a few excursions to different attractions. We would love to go back.

Perfect family vacation spot.

My husband in-laws and 2 kids stayed here for a week. There was plenty of room for all of us. The condo had everything we needed and more. This gated community was beautiful, safe and convenient. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Magnifique condo à Puerto Aventuras

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en famille (4 adultes et 2 enfants) dans ce magnifique condo. Je le recommande sans hésitation. Nous voyageons tous les ans depuis les 10 dernières années et je compte ce voyage à Puerto Aventuras comme un de nos préférés. Quinta del sol est un petit site très propre avec de belles piscines et de très beau condo donc celui de Marie Josée et sa famille qui est parfait. La mer n'est certainement pas la plus belle des caraibes mais on s'est bien amusés.....baignade, kayak, snorkeling, marche etc etc. Puerto Aventuras est un endroit très très sécuritaire. Du condo tout est à distance de marche .....café bamboo à 2 minutes qui servent cafés de tout les sortes bagels et patisseries fraiches et des jus fraichement pressées. Plusieurs restaurants à 5 minutes de marches qui sont délicieux et abordables dont 2 que nous avons adorés : Dolce vita et dos chiles miam miam. Si vous voulez achetés fruits, légumes et oeufs frais ....samedi et mercredi les maraichés vous attendent....sinon le cedraui(épicerie) est à 15-20 minute à pieds avec une bonne variétés de tout tout tout meme de la bonne bière et du bon vin. Si vous voulez acheté du poisson frais (mai mai) les pecheurs arrivent à la marina à l'heure du souper. We are two brothers from Canada and we bought this condo for our families, but also to rent for other families or couple needing a home away from home. Last summer (2013)we were at the Dreams Puerto Aventuras for a family vacation, and we fell in love with the place. The Marina is really nice, the beach is fantastic and the village is really secure. Puerto Aventuras is a fantastic place!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

As I said, we completely fell in love with Puerto Aventuras. The condo was previously owned by a family and very well kept and it was beachfront, something really important to us. It is close to everything: restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, medical clinic, Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Tulum, Playa Del Carmen etc.. The location is perfect!!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

3 bedroom, nice complete kitchen, large balcony with a nice view and a few steps away from the beach and Marina.
