Espectacular condominio frente al mar con impresionantes vistas

Este magnífico condominio de 2do piso está ubicado en el complejo Villa del Mar II y cuenta con 2 habitaciones extragrandes, cada una con sus propios cuartos de baño de lujo, muebles y ropa de cama de alta gama, pisos de mármol, granito en la cocina y mármol en los baños. Un mostrador de barra abierta se dirige a la cocina que está bien equipada con todo lo que necesitará para sus lujosas vacaciones en el Caribe. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio conducen desde la sala de estar a la terraza equipada con una parrilla de carbón y acceso directo a las escaleras a la piscina y la playa frente al océano. La sala de estar y el dormitorio principal son simplemente hermosos y ofrecen impresionantes vistas del mar turquesa del Caribe. Villa del Mar II está a pocos pasos de varios restaurantes y bares fantásticos, cafeterías, iglesias, peluquerías, manicuras y pedicuras, masajes, gimnasio, artesanos locales, farmacias, tiendas de conveniencia, supermercados, dos veces por semana Mercado de agricultores, golf , tenis, pesca en alta mar, natación con delfines y excursiones de snorkel, lo que hace que el complejo de condominios sea el lugar más deseable. La unidad está equipada con aire acondicionado central, ventiladores de techo y lavadora y secadora. También se proporciona agua potable purificada, servicio de mucama, WiFi gratuito, Apple TV, Netflix y estacionamiento para todos nuestros huéspedes. Good location. Quiet, Nicely decorated, everything works great. Internet is excellent, TV with Net Flix nice touch. Easy to book and communicate with owner. Well maintained, good cleaning service. Snorkelling and swimming is good. We rented a car and went up and down the coast. Great spot as a base to take off from our quiet spot to relax. Would recommend for sure.

Wonderful condo!!

What a beautiful condo!! Amazing view and great beach for snorkeling. Our family has 3 teenage kids and they loved to walk out to the beach, the pool, Netflix, big comfy beds and 3 bathrooms. Everything you need is in the condo. The condo is comfortable, convenient and beautiful. It feels like home. We also loved the location. Short distance to tulum or playa and a great, safe marina with shops and food within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

The only regret I have with the condo / complex is leaving The Vilas del Mar 2 is right on the pristine beach / the condo is spotless and well taken care of The pool and grounds rival any 5 star resort but without the crowds This condo has up to date appliances and is kept extremely clean I will return next year The owner promptly answered any questions we had Great local restaurants are steps away our fav is Cafe Ole for the worlds best key lime pie and happy hour There food is also great The listing is very accurate and I highly recommend this property

Truly relaxing

Enjoyed our stay and found the complex super relaxing and enjoyed the pool, palapas, beach and snorkeling in front of the condo. Condo was outfitted with all you need and easy access to pool and beach is such a plus. Easy and quick communication with Owner Jackie and property management. Listing was just as described and decorated just like home. Would highly recommend it to others. Hope to be back next year.

More than we expected!

We stayed at Villa del Mar for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed it! From our first impression walking in ,to every little detail for what you may need and more. The grounds are kept up to perfection and the pool is a great size. Being on the second floor was great as you have your own little staircase to the ground level. We would highly recommend this suite, not only are you in a perfect location with all the amenities, It is beautiful!

Poolside Oasis

This condo was the perfect place for our family! We especially loved the deck with stairs down to the pool that made access a breeze and the walkability of the Puerto Adventuras neighborhood. Both the pool and the beach were quiet and relaxing - we didn't feel the rush to reserve chairs as we sometimes do at other places. The condo itself is perfectly located and we had access to lots of fun things to do in the area. Our favorites were Cenote Azul and Tulum. Even closer was the marina where we loved watching the dolphins, manatees, and sea lions!

Enjoyable and relaxing

We had such an enjoyable stay at your condo. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. The beach was nice and clean and perfect for our little one to swim in. Local restaurants are about A 10 min.walk away which I didn’t mind but after walking back and forth for a few days, we decided to rent a golf cart. You will pay about 30 dollars a day even less if you rent for the entire week. Overall, our experience at puerto aventuras was great!

Great place to avoid crowds

This was our first time in Puerto Aventuras. It is segregated little town. While it doesn’t have the white sandy beaches like Playa de Carmen or busy touristy area, PA has its own advantages when it comes to avoiding the crowds or not having piles of sargasso on the beach. The property is a true home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier. toys/games for the kids and many more. We loved having the big pool just steps down from the balcony and the kayaks on the beach.

Wonderful ocean front condo with every amenity to make our stay very comfortable. Close walk to nearby shops and restaurants which are open during the holidays. The housekeeping service was a great Christmas gift for myself. They even do the dishes! Shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers are provided which made our luggage lighter. Our family especially enjoyed the Apple tv which inspired me to buy one once we returned home. Beautiful and walkable beach was fantastic. Thank you for having us as your guests, Jackie.

Jackie, thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. the grounds are so well kept. you walk down from the balcony and within a minute you are right on the beach. best part we had the beach to ourselves. huge pool and at night it changes color. plenty of hot water. the place was very clean. everyone is so very friendly. I cant say enough good things about the area. you will not regret renting this property. thank you joyce

Beautifully appointed property

What a beautifully decorated home. It had everything we needed. The beds and furniture were all in very good condition and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the patio. Beautiful view, comfortable furniture and steps that go directly to the pool and beach. We rented a golf cart for our stay, but it would not be necessary as restaurants and entertainment are just a 10 minute walk away. We also enjoyed the golf course. It is a 9 hole course, but well maintained and fun to play. We felt very safe in the Puerto Aventuras community. The people were all friendly and the restaurants were fantastic. One of the best condos we have stayed in. We will definitely be back.

Puerto Aventuras

We stayed for a week in Puerto Aventuras from Jan 20 - 26th. Have to say that Puerto Aventuras is an absolutely lovely, laid back town and our condo was marvelous! Lots of restaraunts and attractions within PA, and many more within a few minutes. Our condo was clean, great location, direct access to the pool and beach, and had all of the amenities that we needed. The property manager is a couple of blocks away and very responsive. We did not need a thing, but they kept checking in to make sure all was ok. Found a nice private swimming lagoon in the "new" area of Puerto Aventuras that was lots of fun (long walk - we rented bikes for the day). Can swim and snorkel here in peace and solitude. The beach at Xpu-Ha is about 5 mins away and is gorgeous. Should have spent more than a day there!!! All of the other attractions on the Mayan Riviera are close by. All in all an awesome place and great vacation :).

Perfect location!

We have traveled to Mexico (Cozumel & Mayan Riviera) frequently over the past 20 years. We have always stayed at a resort (all-inclusive and non-inclusive), this is our first rental by owner and loved it!! We had everything we needed to enjoy a low-key, relaxing and fun vacation. Everything was very clean & spacious, and the washer/dryer in the rental was very convenient so that we knew we didn't have to over pack for our trip. The kitchen had everything and more that we needed to prepare our family meals and the grill was extra nice to have. We love to snorkel and swim and took advantage of the snorkeling right out in front. We had a couple of windy days with light, short rain showers during the day, and on those days we took advantage of shopping in Playa del Carmen, touring Tulum and the cenotes close by. Oh and the mattresses were so comfortable, we all slept very well every night! We felt very safe in Puerto Aventuras and the location of Villa del Mar II is in a very nice location. We will definitely be staying here again...thank you so much!

Our Experience

This place had everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach and the pool was right outside the door which was really convenient for our kids. It can get noisy if there are a lot of people at the pool at night, but they are supposed to shut it down after 10:00. The biggest pain for us was check-in. The instructions by the property manager were terrible. There are many phases of condominiums and maps or signs are non existent. In addition, the instructions we were sent had the incorrect apartment number which was really frustrating. I tried to contact the property manager and she was a no show. Called the number and no one answered. I contacted the owner and she was very prompt to help us and got us help. At the end, we were able to get in, and enjoyed the place very much. If you rent this place, just make sure that you ask for instructions and contact information after hours. This will make your experience much more pleasant from the beginning.

Great rental in a great community!

First time to Puerto Aventuras and we really enjoyed the area and the rental. We were a group of 2 adults in their 70's, 2 adults in their 40s and a 10 year old, and the set up was great for our group. We visited at the beginning of February 2020. First off the rental was in a super secure area inside of a gated community, there was never an issue of feeling unsafe for any of us. In a lot of resort areas there is lot of "high pressure" local sales people that approach you, this was not present at all in Puerto Aventuras. Very laid back area with everything walkable. The condo itself was extremely clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was good in the showers. The grounds at Villa Del Mar 2 were well maintained. We saw staff a couple times a day cleaning up and maintaining the pool and beach area. We didn't rent a car or golf cart, everything was in very walkable distance from the condo. We walked both the beach path and road to the shopping and restaurant area with no problems. The only thing I would mention is that it was listed that there was a hot tub, but there is no hot tub for use with this condo. Some of the condos had private hot tubs on their balcony, but this unit did not have one and there is not a community one at the pool.

The perfect place for your first trip to Mexico or your next trip to Mexico

This was our first trip to Mexico and we look forward to a return visit! Our family of four included two boys aged 13 and 10. Our main requirements for choosing a place were safety and low key with potential for day trips. We had a car but it is not needed if you just want to hang around the condo and explore locally. The condo in Puerto Aventuras (PA) fit our requirements perfectly. PA is a gated village with all amenities onsite. The village is laid out with the shops and restaurants in the middle with the condos and resorts on the sides. It was a nice 5 minute walk to the village center from the condo. We ate about one meal a day at the restaurants (Café Ole was fantastic) with the rest of the meals eaten in the condo. There is a grocery/department store called Chedraui located just across the main highway and a few convenience stores located within the village and just outside the PA gates. We stopped at the Costco in Cancun just after we landed (10 minutes from the airport) to pick up a few items before heading to the condo. Condo owners, Jackie and Steve, provided us with many insights and tips for our stay. By the time we arrived we felt like we had already been there from all of our communications with them. Check in was a breeze with the property manager located in the village center of PA. The condo is on the second floor with a private set of stairs down to the pool area. Our balcony overlooked the pool so we were able to watch our boys while they were in the pool. This condo building is located on the beach so you can go for a walk or take in the amazing view. The condo has everything you could need or want from top quality cookware, big TV, and excellent Wi-Fi connection. By far, one of the best set up condos we have stayed in. Our day trips included snorkeling in Akumal, you have to wear a life vest that can be rented from the shops onsite. Another trip was to the Azul Cenote, about a 5 minute drive from the condo, this was the only cenote we visited during our stay but there are many more you could visit. We recommend wearing water shoes. The ruins in Coba are located just over an hour from PA. We were able to climb one of the large pyramids which was quite an experience. After Coba we visited the Tulum public beach, not the beach at the Tulum ruins. We were very impressed with Mexico, even more impressed with this condo, perfect for us. Last tip, pay with Peso if you can the exchange rates offered for $US is not very good.

Great family getaway!

We really enjoyed this condo and Puerto Aventuras!! The pool is really nice and the beach in front is pretty private. We had all the things we needed to cook meals and delicious food around when we didn't want to cook. The Pub in town has a wide array of foods and were all delicious!! We will be back!!

Very nice condo

Other than having trouble checking in (DO NOT touch the black electronic box on the door!) and you need to push hard to get the door open- probably sticky from heat, the unit worked out great. Very clean, lovely porch and view of the ocean, very comfortable beds, fully-stocked kitchen, etc. We were very comfortable. Very close to village and restaurants.

Great condo for family!

Overall, our family enjoyed our stay at Jackie's condo. We ran into a few problems, but she was quick to reply to our concerns and tried to correct the issues swiftly. PA is a beautiful little town and a great home base to explore the Riviera Maya. We took several day trips to visit Tulum, Cozumel, Cenote Azul, and Xel-Ha. We also spent a couple days at the nearby Omni relaxing by the pool and snorkeling in the ocean and visiting the restaurants at the marina. In particular, we liked The Pub, Nauti Burro and Latitude 20. The kayaks available right on the beach were great for paddling out to the nearby cove and the pool at the condo was very clean and never crowded. The condo itself is well-appointed and clean with plenty of room for our family of four to spread out.

What a wonderful property.

What an amazing stay. Starting with the condo... It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities of home. The beds are comfortable and the views exceptional. What made the condo for us, was that there are stairs from the balcony to the pool which is awesome when you have children. Now for location. Puerto Aventuras had everything we needed. Restaurants, Bars, Icecream shops, Dolphins and so much more. We will go back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We would definitely come back here!

The condo was very clean and cozy. Nicely, warmly decorated.. we really felt “at home” here. The deck area is great for enjoying meals and just hanging out in the evening, very nice pool area as well. A couple of minor changes that would have made our stay even more enjoyable would be a dishwasher, the installation of different shower heads (the existing ones have a little too much pressure that can’t be adjusted and spray water onto the bathroom floor) The a/c worked well but is a bit noisy and I might recommend a book for guests that includes the best places to eat, shop and visit. Overall a great stay ... you will love it here! We would definately recommend it :)

Steve and I have travelled to the Mexican Caribbean more than a half a dozen times since we were first married and absolutely love the people, culture, food and the amazing Caribbean sea. We have always dreamed of owning beach-front property, so when we finally began our search, the Rivera Maya became the obvious choice. When we learned about the community of Puerto Aventuras (which we had never visited), we soon travelled there and instantly fell in love. We purchased our condo on that first house hunting trip. With each visit, we seem to find more things we just love about this little village and we hope you can too!
